Incredibly unreliable. I made an appointment for a tire rotation, alignment, and rebalance as I had new struts put in my vehicle. I specifically mentioned the new struts when I was on the phone. I arrived, and my car was scheduled for a tire mount and balance. Upon changing the appointment, the mechanic was not made aware I had the new front struts put in, and he did not do the tire alignment. He only did the rotation and rebalance. When I asked about not seeing a charge for alignment reflected on my bill, they said my car didn’t need an alignment, but they didn’t even put my car on the rack to check!
My suspicion is that the note of having new struts was either not put in or it wasn’t communicated to the mechanic when the reception changed the service.

Very happy with the service we received. The price was competitive. Honest guys working guys out there, fixed a billing problem we didn't even realize had happened. We will definitely be using their services in the future.

Sent my mother in law there to just have the crank sensor changed. They claimed that if they change that it will break the starter and have to replace this and do an oil change. The woman is over 70 yrs old and these guys tried to rob her blind.

Pretty sure my portable jumper was stolen by a tech. I admit I don't have solid proof.. but that thing gets charged once every 6 months and it stays in the car otherwise. ? Also took away longer than estimated to make the repairs.

I’d recommend Premier any day. They replaced my turbo, oil pan and oil cooler and my car has been running great!

No quote, then tried to charge $220 to change spark plugs. Car wasn't fixed. Had the same misfiring issue as when I took it in. Google won't let me give zero stars.

The gentleman at Premier took forever to look for and fix a battery issue with my Mustang. I started to feel guilty using up so much of his time. He wasn't going to quit until it was fixed. I was so impressed. Wonderful place. It was a fairly new battery and I ended up having to get a new one and on top of everything they gave me a good deal. They are the greatest
