    Totally centralized service, no way to talk to local delivery driver, we called about 24 to 36 hours ago, and still no one has been able to come. Even for emergency issues like no propane getting to the house in winter with risk of pipes freezing, no one has been able to get here within 24 hours. Would recommend looking... read full comment

    Damaged my line when removing the tank that they took 3 weeks and multiple calls to remove. I will be seeking payment or I'll sue in small claims court. FYI I have it all on video.

    Should be zero stars. Call center will not honor my locked in price. Trying to charge me $1.20 a gallon extra. Open the Bellaire office again. Looking for new providers
