The Grand Victorian is a very welcoming and homey place to be. The structure and design of the house itself as well as the history took us back to a time when minute details made an entire house look and feel lavish. The Grand Victorian gave me a heightened sense of appreciation for the craftsmanship of Victorian homes. The breakfast and fresh-baked cookies are exquisite and exceed expectation. The innkeeper, Jake, provided us the very best hospitality and comfortable conversation. The experience here is definitely something you can't get at home; it made for a magical engagement weekend. For a first-timer at any bed & breakfast, I now hold my standards high. This is the place to go during any season. Take your friends and family here for a remarkable stay. There is so much to see all within the walls of The Grand Victorian Bed & Breakfast.

Very nice B&B. The breakfasts were delicious the beds were comfortable and the extra water and snacks were a very nice touch. The house was amazing and the staff was awesome. The only negative was the wifi lacked pretty bad and the shower head in the carriage house room was in the rain head position but just didn't hit you very well. I would definitely stay here again.

We had a delightful stay. Our room was clean and large with a king bed and huge tub as well as a shower. The breakfast was delicious. Highly recommend.Visit Torch lake, not Bellaire lake, that one we waded in and got Swimmers itch.

Loved, loved it. Each room is so beautiful. Loved all the of the decor. We had the balcony room. I read a review before we went and it said the cookies were great and they didn't disappoint. The breakfasts that were served were great. The host was friendly. It was my first time at a bed and breakfast. I would definitely recommend staying here. Bellaire is a nice town and in good proximity to other towns.

We stayed in February and spent the weekend enjoying the beautiful scenery! We absolutely loved the relaxing atmosphere and the delicious breakfast in the morning. The bed was very comfortable and we slept soundly in the room over the garage. It was nice to be able to enjoy the main part of the BNB but be secluded when we slept. We will definitely be back for another visit in the summer or fall!

The room I had did not have the toilet and shower in the room, it was out the hallway. The bathroom didn't lock; the hallway has two exits-one I could use a chain lock, the other exit just had a curtain that went downstairs. I did not feel very secure/private in the bathroom. No breakfast due to an illness, which I get and residents were compensated, but could of had things already packaged. Sheets were low grade.

Very nice. Like in the early 1900s, but with some modern amenities.

The best b&b we've ever been to! The house and decor is beautiful. I enjoyed the cookies in the foyer and the mini fridge stocked with pop and water ? The breakfast was SO good and fancy!! It was the perfect quiet retreat we needed and there was plenty to do in town which was just a walk away. We will definitely return!

We had a fantastic experience for our first visit to the Grand Victorian. We planned a long weekend in Northern Michigan for our anniversary and could not have been happier. Yuning & Jason have a gorgeous old home, clean accommodations, delicious breakfast, and were wonderful hosts. No complaints whatsoever with our stay and Bellaire is such a great little town to visit! Can't wait to go back!

Very nice place to lounge, read your book, and spend the night in Victorian class. Excellent and friendly hosts, who served delicious breakfast. All within walking distance to downtown Bellaire.

The room (Carriage room) was exactly as pictured, nicely updated with a jacuzzi bathtub, nice bed, and secure entry. Breakfast was amazing! Shower head was the only issue (somewhat plugged due to hard water meant water jets were defoliating).

Our hosts are so very gracious and personable, so very friendly. Their knowledge of this beautiful home is extensive, and they tell the story in the formal dining room complete with pictures of the original residents on the wall. The breakfasts are exquisitely prepared and presented; you would have no trouble seeing the same at a 5 star restaurant. The rooms and bedrooms are all maintained beautifully! We were fortunate to have been given the Balcony Bedroom for our stay, named for the small private balcony attached to it; we took full advantage of this, enjoying the quiet atmosphere in the mornings before breakfast and the evenings after our wanderings. We absolutely plan on returning to visit this beautiful home and great couple again!
