Don't know where to start, 2 years in a row my blood work for my annual check up was messed up. First they sent my husband's blood work to my doctor with my name on it and my blood work with his name on it. Ok, we have the same name maybe that could happen. This year we purposely went on separate days so that would not happen again. Instead our doctor never got the results at all. How frustrating. Not to mention the lab worker needs to learn some kindness, she makes you feel like your bothering her. Needless to say we will not return, the inconvenience of it is ridiculous.

From everybody else’s experiences on here, I have noticed that the staff seems to be very rude and when I went in today to get my blood drawn, I noticed that the staff was very rude. I played nice so I was able to get it and get out, but there was another lady trying to Login by scanning her ID and the nurse just turns around and snaps at her “you have it upside down. It’s not gonna do anything by looking at your face “ So yeah, I wouldn’t say the nicest people but they’re not downright mean at least they weren’t to me

Rudest people I have every witnessed in a professional setting. It is not hard to be a nice person so do better.

You have to scan your license and your medical card. Before you can even talk to anybody. Feels like I'm having my DNA tested for raccoon City. Way too much bureaucracy.

I just called this clinic trying to schedule a physical for a DOT Card for an employer. The woman told me to hold on and she would ask. Her and the other lady were talking openly about how they should not answer the phone. Extremely rude and unprofessional.

The male at this location seemed like he did not want to be doing his job. Maybe he is underpaid and under appreciated but he gives off a bad vibe. Conversely the female seemed quite friendly after we had to wait for a while to do the urinalysis. I will try another locstion.

completely unprofessional. The women working in the front answering the phone should be retrained. Called to make an appointment for a DOT physical, the lady that answeres the phone responded with "Let me put you on hold and check because I have no idea if we do that here. she must not know how to operate a telephone because I could here her and the other women cackling in the background. " SEE This is why we don't answer the phone. Rude.
