James (who apparently was off the clock) and ALYSSA made my shopping experience much better after i had an issue with an older lady that works there... very polite to my face but I turned my back, caught her mocking me.. (eyeroll) I was trying to get help with a duck problem... must have been talking to much for her enjoyment......
