You repeatedly bend and tear my packages to shove them into the mailbox. My package today was bent, this was something that cost me $100 and you are treating it like this. You have no respect for your customers or their mail.
EDIT to includephotos, one which was from today. I have more examples that I cannot find but this has happened for YEARS. WHAT DO I NEED TO DO FOR YOU TO STOP

I have a post office box which ends up getting everybody else's mail and they deliver mail to my house which they're not supposed to that's why I have a post office box they always want to send packages back instead of deliver them the way I see it if I'm going to deliver the mail I should get a paycheck from the US postal service I'm always returning the mail to the window

Just about every time they find an excuse not to deliver on schedule. Amazon last mile delivery over 60% delays. Sure, in the winter they blame plowed roads "not passable". What are your excuses in the summer? Does it really take you 6 hours to open the pallet and another 2h to accept?! Mom-and-pop store meets union attitude. What a shame!

100% the worst post office ever! I live here part time and have submitted a temporary change of address and they still will not deliver my mail. I’ve been down there three times and still no mail!

My mail carrier is the best. Even a blizzard didn't stop him from delivering a Christmas package to my door and that's a 1/4 mile drive each way off the road. Thanks Chad.

Just drove up to the post office to try to correct a problem.... On the internet they say they are open to 4:00pm.... Got there and they were closed. Very very frustrated. Continuing problem with Deliveries and they still don't get it. Need to find a higher up to fix this problem

Can't get any mail at our address post office loves to send your stuff back. Order any packages from Amazon you can forget it.

The staff are doing a PHENOMENAL job considering the pandemonium asks mismanaged system they are forced to work from. They also handle huge drops from daily UPS trucks that are unable to deliver all their current packages (Amazon).... And are responsible for then getting these boxes etc sent out appropriately. They are doing great under tremendous chaos and deserve patient, considerate, polite customers. Be kind.

Elena was a TON of help with directing me to the steps I needed to take with changing my address. She was very pleasant and kind with assisting me over the phone and assuring that I was using the correct website to avoid a payment of $25.00! It was made quick and simple with her assistance and I kindly appreciate her sincerity so that I didn't make a mistake and get overcharged. Thanks again Elena!!

They don't deliver to our house so we are forced to get a post office box, which is fine, but when they close over an hour before the posted hours say it's a major inconvenience. Id like to know why this seems to always be the case. If your hours say open until 2 on Saturday then I'd expect to at least be able to pick up mail from counter until even 145 but show up at 1230 and already closed! Frustrated as this is not the first time

When I thought in error that a package with a tracking number I was following did not arrive as I expected, my mail carrier Terry went out of his way to investigate. The Bellaire branch went out of their way to look for the package. It was my error in not recognizing that a large, bound and printed item which I did receive was assigned the tracking # I was following. Everyone was helpful and gracious when I reported my error. My thanks to mail carrier Terry and Bellaire USPS branch.
