I came into the location on Belleville Rd., Amanda help me. I greatly appreciate all the service did.. Amanda went above and beyond to make sure my phone was working. I really appreciate her service. Thank you Amanda for all the work you did.
Amanda‘s coworker Miles was so graciously working the floor and helping her out with the other staff to make sure everyone was handled accordingly it was great teamwork and thank you both.

Tanner at the Belleville store is GREAT. He was very efficient and helpful. He helped us with an issue that we thought to be a loss. It wasn’t. He was so patient and caring. He reset our device so that it can be used. I appreciate him very much. Heartfelt Thanks to Tanner.

Well, let me say you can’t tell what’s in the book by the cover. Tanner was a pleasant surprise to my day!! His demeanor was on TEN!! He helped me with multiple issue and saved me a bunch of $$$.
I know he will be receiving a lot of blessings because he is serious about giving them. Tanner is definitely management material. He is a great problem solver as well. I see Tanner as district manager. Give Tanner a raise.

My experience was amazing. The customer service was a dream. David took his time with me, made sure my every issue was addressed, clued me in on some I was unaware of, and best of all, didn’t exceed my budget. Every store should be like this one, and every store needs a David.

I have been with Verizon for almost 10 years & I went into AT&T with my dad because he needed to get a new phone. While being there I chatted with the salesman & he was very helpful and polite, patient with my dad. He gave me a quote and I am switching everything over to AT&T!
