Go see Will at Belleville Rd AT&T…. Will provided amazing service. He answered all questions, walked me through understanding my new device, product options, ways to maximize savings on bill. All around wonderful experience. He was patient and didn’t make it a rushed experience even though he had returned customers to see him. Worst company to get wireless service from, bill amount keeps changing every month, costs a fortune to end contract early and the employees lie just to make a sale!!!!! Horrible company and once my contract is over in another 2 years I will be leaving at&t phone service!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

I believe the employees name was Tyler.... he was a delight. very attentive even though he was juggling more than 1 group of customers and kept checking in on us letting us know about the progress of our phones. i appreciate the customer service.prior to christmas i came in and the experience with a different employee started high energy and delightful but after we turned down their internet service package they lost alot of their enthusiasm toward us lolfortunately Tyler has redeemed their reputation.

I recently picked up the iPhone 15 Pro Max and the Watch Ultra 2, I specifically declined the add-on protection plans for both devices however after reviewing my bill I can see that it was added onto both devices after I left the store for an extra $34/month. I have documentation to verify this was added with my consent and will be filing a formal complaint, multiple others have had similar issues before as well.

Kat and the entire staff including the Area Manager were great. Great customer service, very helpful and understanding of customer needs, very polite and are true professionals. Highly recommend this Att Store.

Went into the store for a broken screen to see what I could do about it only to leave with an additional line I have to pay for and I've been calling and stopping by for months and NO ONE CAN HELP. Customer service sucks in the store. No one offers a solution and I'm paying hundreds for a line that I didn't want or need. I've been bamboozled by the store manager at that smh

Everyone in the area uses comcast. When my cable/internet went out they told me I am in a low demand area and wouldn’t be fixed for well over a week. No concessions. Just stick with comcast and avoid the headache.

This store took 3 of my devices upon trade in and turned them in almost 3 months later causing me to lose my promotion for free phone- a promotion worth $3000.00, I have reached out to the district manager and his boss ahakala & amoorhouse and have received no feedback or response to my email. They were quick to get my business but slow to respond on me having to pay this amount out of my pocket due to neglect of their own Employees/Manager! Didn't find out until after the fact that this is not a corporate store and this is why they aren't doing what's right. there is no reason they held my phones for a few months other than negligent

Amanda was an absolute professional. She was the only person on staff that Sunday and there was an inordinate amount of customer that day. Not only was she able to help me with my needs while also solving another customer large problem whom was there before myself. She also promptly greeted the half a dozen or so people who showed up after me and attended to their needs respectfully. Amanda isn't one great employee, she's more like three. Whatever she's being paid is to little.

I want to share a experience I had with At&t they are the worst company ever ! please do not use them ! I had three lines with them and we went to the Belleville office in January to upgrade our IPhones One phone which was my daughters did not get the $1000 credit for trade in after 3 months after being on phone several times for 2-3 hours every time they said it was lost then a month later they said the manager made a mistake and said he imputed one wrong number of her phone number instead of a 3 he put in a 4.Everything we were told were lies lies lies after 8 months they said there is nothing they could do she will have to continue to pay $80 verses 55 every month so we bought our Iphones and left At&t we went to Team mobile they were great but it did not end there At&t would not release our phones to connect to Team mobile cellular service !!! Team mobile had to force it through it took several attempts 2 hours later we are free from them !! At&t do not have any customer service worst company ever !!!! Save yourself some trouble we are not the only ones with problems with them a lot of their customers are leaving
