First and last time eating here.Got the Ruben sub ($8.50) the meal includes a drink and a bag of chips.I wasn't aware the cost extra until I had already ate them and went to pay. My total was $14. A small drink and bag of chips cost and extra $6?The sub was dry and flavorless.

When you need food it works the girls are super short not really friendly and no parmesan cheese at a sub places kinda crazy . Bread kinda dry . But the steak is amazing if it was no bread . Again I only go here when I Need food not my first pick.. This is what you get if you ask for steak and bacon bites

The young ladies working were rude. My corned beef sub was nasty unlike years ago. The bread was HARD and Stale. When I asked for the $18 sub to be remade I was told no. I'll never return to Captain Nemos in Belleville to eat again. I hear they like calling the police on black people if they ask for a refund or a sandwich to be remade; so I wouldn't feel safe going back there to spend my money. Seems Belleville is worse now than it was just 5 years ago.

Place to order told them nothing but corn, beef and cheese because my daughter is allergic to tomatoes they put tomatoes onions lettuce went back to Return. It got third-degree question got attitude grab my sandwich and walked out.

Staff taking order was extremely rude and impatient.I ordered a turkey club if there was meat on the sub I must be blind because I couldn’t find it one of the worst things I’ve had the displeasure of eating, I know I’m going to sound like a Karen, but I practically got a whole loaf of stale white bread with a tiny slit 4 pounds of lettuce and mayo with the texture of a puddle of water. I hope for anyone six that go to this restaurant that I don’t endure the same experience I had to also gave staff a $20 bill to pay for my $14 meal and they automatically took the cash and put it in the tip jar without asking. Also, I would ask for no salt because there was about a pound of seasoning salt poured on top as well.
