I visited Costco today and had a very unpleasant and disappointing experience. I approached the front desk to ask about the restroom, and the gentleman working there was very kind and helpful. He gave me clear directions and pointed me to where the restroom was located.
However, on my way there, I was stopped by a white lady who told me I wasn't allowed to use that restroom. Her tone and attitude made it clear that it wasn’t just about store policy – it felt discriminatory. She said something like, “No, this is not for truck drivers, go somewhere else.” A white man standing nearby supported her and added, “Yeah, we don’t allow truck drivers to use this restroom.”
I felt humiliated and singled out, simply because of how I looked and the fact that I’m a truck driver. This kind of behavior is
unacceptable and deeply upsetting. I’ve always respected Costco as a brand, but this experience was a clear act of racism and discrimination۔

Delivery to Costco Distribution Depot. Check in and check out 1 hour 25 minutes. Door right away. They allow you to stay overnight in stage area if your appointment next day. Nice informative people in security gate office. Thanks.

My appointment was 8:30 am check in one 1hr earlier get dock 11:00 am check out 1::00pm they will hold you as much as they want 👎 no overnight parking 🅿️ if your appointment is after 7:00am no street parking very bad experience !!

No overnight parking if your appointment is after 7:30 am. Also can’t park before 4:30 pm the day before if parking for the night

Pretty fast appointment at 6h15 got check in at 6h00 given a door at 6h30 and out at 7h30

Absolutely no overnight parking , they let you in one hour before appt time , very hard to find parking spots around so park way before you come !

Ok drivers today 8-5-2024 not a good day here at the Costco DC in van buren , MI my appointment was at 10:30 am and I’m still in the bull pen waiting on a door it’s already 11:30 am this nonsense is going on either no employees or very slow to unload their stuff off the trlrs my first bad Scenario at a Costco….?…. Bad

You came checking in and then you wait by the parking lot... they'll give you a door about an houre after checking in then they'll unload you within 30 min max .. then you check out and get your bar code receit then you leave
