Absolutely useless 24 hour pharmacy. Needed a medication and they were the closest 24 hour location. Left me on hold for a half hour and were completely unwilling to help or work with me in any way to transfer over my prescription after all that time.

When I called, I was put on hold for 15 minutes then answered really quick and extremely rude and then put it back on hold for another 15 minutes then she comes back very rude there was no reason for her to be rude. I was extremely nice. I called her out. Told her she was being rude and she changed her attitude but the principle is she should've never acted like that. horrible I hate this place. I'm changing to Walgreens.

I have had it with this place and I will be contacting my insurance to file a grievance!!! to start with the pharmacy technician with the dirt blond hair, glasses and tattoos ( ware's no name tag) continues to be a lazy COW every time someone asks her a question or she has to anything. Every single time I come in she has an attitude with every person she deals with including coworkers.. #2 I have had her argue with me about billing the insurance. we are covered by 2 insurance.. one needed a prior auth in which case I explained it won't need the auth once you bill MY insurance because it's a one time auth.. NOT MONTHLY.. she again told me how wrong i was until I spoke to the pharmacist. he too tried to argue the fact. UNTIL HE ACTUALLY RAN IT as I told him to do and BINGO! I WAS RIGHT! #3 It is a complete headache to pick anything up due to the lack of experience however, that is understandable when people don't want to work but it does not give the right to be rude. I also am taking a medication that is on back order months back. i ask what is a replacement and i'm told there is not one.. only to call another CVS who gave me the replacement name.. COME ON CVS- COVID CAME but it didn't take the professionalism this store once had.. that is completely the fault of who ever is running this store!

I had promised myself to reduce all unnecessary medications and thus reduce all alerts/emails and phone calls from CVS Rx...To No avail, someone from the pharmacy took it upon themselves to automatically charge my debit card $43.22 dollars (a substantial amount for a senior's fixed income) to be taken out SUDDENLY & sent me a Rx THEY decided should be AUTOMATIC. They had no clue as to how much money was in my account and created a snowball effect in my limited checking account. Only I would Know if I could afford $43.22 to be taken out of my limited funds. I called and spoke to the pharmacist who stated someone had to have went into my profile and requested it and charged my checking account. I returned it unopened and they waited until receiving it BEFORE attempting to refund me MY FUNDS they took without permission. In the past, I had to manually go into my profile and request whether to send a Rx, pick up or mail. They must be desperate for money and took it upon themselves with GREED for money charging my checking account and sent me a Rx I neither want, need or REQUESTED....

Worst cvs pharmacy in the area. After tonight you can’t pay me to come back here. 3 rude people working, one carrying on a personal conversation while 3 of us waited in line, one lady too busy scanning bagged prescriptions to bother helping customers that are here, and the rude lady in the drive thru that told me they can’t give me OTC through the drive through and that I had to come inside. Go to Walgreens instead. This isn’t the first rude encounter here, but it will be my last.

One of the worst CVS stores I've ever had the displeasure of going to. Never ever ever again would I go here. I'd rather die. Shelves bare. No checkouts work. People having no clue what they're doing. How is this even a functional store? I can't comprehend how this place runs.

I went here for a Shinrix shot which is the Shingles vaccine for people 50 and over. It was painless and quick! Everyone at this particular CVS was friendly, informed, and professional! April and her nearest Co- worker whose name I can't remember (forgive me) were very kind in assisting me! Also Special thanks to Shelby who was very friendly, professional and informed on my vaccine! Have spent hundreds if not thousands of dollars at this location over the past 15 years living in the Belleville area. NOT ANY MORE! Went in to this location to purchase several health care items and was told I could not come in because I was not wearing a face covering. I had gloves on and I had hand sanitizer. I did not have a mask because they are hard to find or are on back order. As I was walking in, two ethnic ladies walked out without face coverings. I am wondering if this was the case because the general manager of the store is also of the same ethnic group. Seems to me they discriminate and pick and choose who they choose to let into their location. There is a Walgreens one block up. Guess who earned a new customer. And guess who lost one?

I have been using this CVS store for years because they are open 24hrs. Usually I dont have a problem however the last 2 or 3 times I gone I've noticed really nasty attitudes with the pharmacy techs. I used a good rx coupon for one of my scripts and it saved me $60. This was a month ago. They enrolled me in automatic refill and I was very happy. Well today the tech tried to tell me they didnt take the coupon, which was a lie. Then she said I would have to wait 25 mins to use the coupon, I said okay but when I came back another young man had taken her place and when I told him about the coupon he said she said we have to charge you $20 more than the price without the coupon about $80 dollars. WHAT! wait that doesn't make sense. I told the young man to put the medication back and thank you anyway. Went to Kroger which is closer to home and not only used the coupon but saved an extra $6. Pro air albuterol inhaler only $20 at Kroger. I'm so done with CVS and their poor customer service. SMH!

Worst service at front desk I have ever encountered, very rude an unprofessional employee. I tried to purchase one 4 Digit lottery number unfortunately I had left my glasses at home and has the employee to put the numbers in for me she told me I had to fill out a slip and when I explained I couldn't see the slip she said that was my problem "now"

Transferred my prescriptions here because they're 24hrs. But they don't stock my regular BCPs so they substituted them for a different brand which I was not happy about. Then when I try and fill my other monthly script the never have it in stock and I end up having to go back to the original pharmacy that I left. Hasd I known I would just stayed at the first pharmacy. And the only response I get is "I'll talk to my manger" and never get a response back.

The manager was very rude, especially to the cashier that works there. At least that lady was friendly.. I will probably not go back to that place simply because the manager was a complete you know what. She clearly hates her job, but didn't need to make customers feel uncomfortable because she isn't happy. The one star only applies to the organization of the store and the cashier for being nice and putting up with that lady. I felt bad for her.
