Worst pharmacy ever this is how stupid this corperation is they shut down there registers when shift workers are getting off work I was in the Bellville Michigan location along with four other people and all the registers just shut down for updates for up to an hour so I guess I'm going back to Kroger

Piss poor customer service and lacking staff and they never have prescriptions ready on time they have lost my wife as a customer due to the fact of this happening every single time.

Poorly staffed location. Every time I try to pick up prescriptions, there’s an issue. Today, my insurance information had somehow disappeared from their system. I had to wait 45 minutes for my prescriptions—even though I received a message saying they were ready for pickup. After all that, one medication was still missing. I’ve had it with this location and will be moving my prescriptions to the Meijer Pharmacy down the street.

Always very nice.
They’ve stopped doing money gram - fair warning. Run across the street to Walmart’s money center - they do them too.
The parking lot feels tight unless you’re in a car and rush hour usually has the pharmacy drive through backed around the lot.

Word of Advice DO NOT USE THE PHARMACY AT THIS LOCATION!! My experience with the pharmacy staff was absolutely one of the worst in retail, I wish I could give this 0 stars. I have been coming to this location for at least 10 years. I used the drive thru to attempt to pick up some medication after being in the ER all night. The older women working the window was rude and disrespectful and clearly does not enjoy her job. I realized I didn't have my ID because I had left it in my jacket I had worn to the hospital. She would not release my medication because I didn't have my ID. I said fine and parked to check my phone for a picture of my ID. I then went into the store to show I had a copy of my ID as well as my work ID photo (which is GOVERNMENT ID) and the pharmacy manager guy took one look at me and said no. Never looked at my ID. He was rude, disrespectful, condescending and does not need to be working in customer service. I am not sure why whoever hired the staff in the pharmacy choose these people but if they keep it up, this store will be closing too. I will NEVER step foot in this location to purchase anything EVER again. I now have all my prescriptions filled at Meijer instead. I am completely disgusted with the actions of that one person and he has ruined it for me. I also made a formal complaint via phone with corporate and never heard back from anyone.

Ar’juan the pharmacist manager is very very rude. I called several days ago and tried to update my insurance information as well see when my prescription will be filled. First off he was very short. I’ve been a member with CVS for 10 years and I never experienced such rudeness. Ar’juan also hung up on me. I called and talked with the store Manager Angela who stated that she will be talking to his Boss. I called back on today and guess who I got Ar’Juan who was rude again and told I can’t call the line with questions or anything I will have to call back and leave a voicemail. Really the time he took being rude he could have took my information. This will be my last refill I will be going somewhere else. Ar’Juan ruined it for me. Management needs to think about who they allow to represent there store because he run anyone away with his unprofessionalism.

The hell is your problem you tell me to have a different Pharmacy call you to get my prescriptions transferred to them and then you refuse to transfer them over and then you refuse to talk to me you refused to fill my prescriptions the hell is your problem you guys need to be closed

Their customer service is an absolute joke? You cannot get a a live person on the phone. You have to leave a message and wait for them to call you back. Completely unacceptable and I will be moving my prescriptions elsewhere.

I understand the burden of guilt is on the corporation as a whole because they won't hire enough staff and over work their pharmacists. However, I dread coming here because of how long I always have to wait whether I go inside or thru the drive thru. There's only ever one person at a register inside even when there are 10 people in line.
I'm a former CVS pharmacy employee and it's disappointing to see how mismanagement is causing so many issues with people getting their meds. It's a shame
