I had a fantastic experience with the storage facility! Charles and the team were incredibly friendly, professional, and helpful throughout the entire process. They made sure I understood all the details and were always available to answer any questions I had. The facility itself is clean, well maintained, and secure. Highly recommend this place if you need a reliable storage solution!

Random ceiling stuff falling on my things every time I open it. Just randomly got charged $166 for my $110 unit with no explanation as to why. Regretting keeping it another month
Update: Spoke on the phone with a rep who said they sent a letter to my house informing me of the price increase. Interesting that they chose a letter for that but when they “lost” my payment method they were able to call and text me every day. He said that what’s falling off the ceiling is fire retardant that they spray anew every time someone new has the unit. That’s a fat lie because it looked old and decrepit the day I got it- just continually flaking over the months. They definitely didn’t remove the old stuff and definitely didn’t spray anything new on. It’s cute that they can charge me extra for changing nothing at all. They weren’t flat out rude to me but this just left a bad taste in my mouth. I don’t harass customer service reps so I wasn’t gonna give anyone a super hard time, idk what I can do about them snatching an extra $50, but man this is just disappointing. Won’t choose them again in the future, wouldn’t recommend them to anyone and not staying after this month,
