Husband called to order a fill up and check tank for any leaks before filling. They would not let him order because he name was not on the account. His payment info has been used for the last 10 years and has never been denied a fill because his name was not on the account. Ok call to add his name to the account, on hold 5 minutes finally answered the phone and could not hear the lady because her speaker kept cracking and going in and out. Call back on hold 15 more minutes and answered by a Julie lady that kept chuckling after everything I said. Must of found the situation funny i guess. Got husband added to account. Ordered a fill up but was never told when it would be delivered. Their customer service had gone way down after the last couple years looking for another company in the area if possible.

I’ve been a customer for years and all of a sudden they stopped answering their phones and will not return calls. Our propane is extremely low and I’m running out of options to get my house heated. Extremely upset.

Ordered a top off as our tank was at 40%, paid in full and was told to expect delivery between the 19th and 25th. That week passes, the 25th passes, 26th nothing, 27th nope. Thanks called twice for resolution on the 25th and 26th and got false promises. I’m now looking for another gas company with better customer service. Don’t say your going to do something and not do it, especially after I have shelled out over $400!

We paid for propane and delivery on Jan 28 2021 and were advised of a delivery date by Feb 11 2021. Well we are now 4 days past the promised delivery date. As a long time customer this is unacceptable. We requested a propane fill up at an appropriate level. In the interim we have been told to request propane fill up at 30% and then a few days later it was altered to 40%. Now what is the story with Ferrellgas? It cannot be only be effected by the pandemic. How do they expect families to heat their house when they won't return calls or allow us to speak to a manager when we call? Promises, promises are not keeping us warm. What happened to this previously dependable company?

I had been a customer with you for 4 years. I tried reaching you when my tank was at 30%, over 3 weeks ago actually pushing over a month now. I called every day, I left numerous voicemails, I used your call back option. No one ever called me back. I was finally able to reach a human after sitting on hold for 3 hours last Monday. At that point my 30% was down to 10%. You took my payment. I was told that I will be put at the top of the list because I had been trying to contact you for so long and I was now in an emergency state with the tremendous cold weather. I patiently waited. No one ever delivered my gas. So I kept calling I gave you 5 days before I started calling. I sat on hold again for hours and when I got an It was a week after my initial payment. I was told that they could see that my address was on the board and my gas was on the truck to come that next evening. That next evening came, that next evening went! No one ever came. My propane tank is now at 0%. I called this morning and talked to a customer service representative named Vicki. She told me that your driver was over there hours per DOT and that is why he did not make the delivery. she also informed me I was not even on the list to be delivered today. Because your company prioritizes those that pay year-round on credit. I'm a customer that pays prior to my delivery. So I was shoved at the bottom of the list and all of your credit customers were put in front of me even though your company was well aware that I had no gas. today I had to pay someone to come to my house and plow a path to my propane tank because I had to order propane from another company. Why didn't I do this sooner may you ask? Well unfortunately I'm a renter. And in order to be able to swap out my tank I have to jump through a lot of hoops and not all propane companies will allow a tank swap without everything being in the landlord's name. My landlord is very elderly and he will not put anything in his name. Thankfully, hopefully tomorrow my new tank with some gas will be delivered. But I have not been refunded my money by your company because I cannot reach anyone in order to get a refund. It is a shame you treat a customer that has been loyal to you for the last 4 years like this. You left a single mom with no gas. shame on you and your company it is a scam that you took my money knowing you had no intention of delivering to me.

Ferrellgas is up to its eyeballs in debt. Defaulting on bonds maturing, I doubt this company will stay in business. Would recommend another LP company.
