I just want to say thank you to Josie* for her customer service today over the phone regarding my prescriptions. Not only was she wonderful to speak with she was able to get my prescriptions for even cheaper by checking all options for me. This is something the last Meijer pharmacy I went to did not ever do for me. Thank you so much Josie for making today a little better for me!

The pharmacist wouldn’t fill my prescription for me on the date it was supposed to be filled told me 2 more days. Rite Aid did it for 10 years never a problem once. Now I’m told out of stock it will be several more days. The pharmacist personally decided not to fill my prescription. Never again.

Went to pick up my subscription and treated like I was 2nd class by the pharmacist. Just wanted to know about direction on the product. She wouldn't answer my question and kept talking about me under her breath. The Techs working with her was embarrassed by her behavior. Also let me know she had no idea what my subscription was even though it's very common in treating several ailments.

Received a written medication script from our local vet. Never before had I experienced a written script for a pet. Always paid bet $30-$170 per med at the vets office,depending on med needed. Had just paid $106.00 for Carprofen (1 med) (pre-surgery) So, I asked the receptionist "where should I take this to have it filled?" She simply said any pharmacy. Oh OK.While I seriously, was not interested in driving from 1 pharmacy to another and maybe yet anotherI came home and called around.CVS PHARMACY=$53.00WALMART= NO ANSWER, ON HOLD VERY LONG TIME.WALLGREENS=SAME, ON HOLD VERY LONG TIME.MEIJER PHARMACY=Not only was the young man kind and pleasant, He asked me if I had the Good RX CARD or the Single Care Card. I explained to him I was in fact familiar with both, but that I no longer had them, He went on to instruct me in how to upload the card, and what a significant savings there would, if I do so, website states the price for all local pharmacy s. $5. And some cents. So I was actually charged more, dunno what happened there, But $10.00 verses $53.00 more or less at your vet.Thank you Meijer PHARMACY, I needed that little break this week. Hope this info is helpful

Thank you to the Meijer pharmacy team for working with me to get medication for my daughter half an hour before my flight. They went above and beyond although 3 other pharmacies told me they couldn't do it. Thank you!

Brea (sorry if misspelled) was great and provided exceptional customer service when I had questions about my child's prescription's. She went above and beyond to point out my insurance coverage (even though I didn't ask). It's rare to get that level of service anywhere, so it's much appreciated!

Would not ever use this pharmacy again if my life depended onnit waited 2 weeks for my medication call them to ask if they could fill it they said they could not feel it transferred my prescription to another pharmacy and build my insurance without my consent or knowledge until I went to Walgreens who actually had my medication that I have been without for 2 weeks and tried to have them fill it only to find out my medication had been transferred to the Carpenter road location and filled.

Super huge thank you to Justine and Martika in pharmacy for their excellent customer service this evening. I had an unfortunate situation happen and they both went above and beyond to assist me. Thank you ladies for demonstrating what it is to provide excellent customer care and support. Meijer Belleville do whatever you need to do to keep these ladies around! Good customer service is hard to come by.

I was there too early since I didn’t know they didn’t open until 9. I waited a while with my kids, they opened about a min early and were immediately ready to help me. They were friendly and nice to my kids. They even gave me some extra coupons that printed when they turned their computers on for the day.
