Sold my mom a phone that don't work it only worked when she was there an now they will not answer the phone horrible service highly recommend not going to this store then since it does not work she can't exchange for a phone that works unless they take 30$ out of what she just payed if I could give -10 I would they screw you over an laugh in your face

I was in there Sunday Sept 17 to buy a new phone,the girl working there told me as Wednesday September13 they could not transfer anything from old phone to new phone,she lied!! Went to metro on main st Monday and got new phone and they transferred everything to new phone!!either did not want to do it or didn't know how,main st store much better!!people there know what they are doing,friendly too!

Don't take any advice from the man (owner) about a phone because he doesn't do his research like he should... don't waste your money listening to him. The store in yipsi on Holmes has good advice and knows his phones!!...
It's funny they gave such a good response on here but when I went into the store to see what could be done because I'm not happy with the phone he offered me he wasn't this nice
