The lady who performed my service did a manicure on a man before me. When she had me come to her table she instructed me to rest my hands on her towel. I asked if it was the same towel that she used for the man (?). She switched it. But only because I asked. Then as she performed my manicure, she took her utensils from a clear container on her table. I wondered....I looked around the shop and I saw NO evidence that they sterilize their supplies in between customers. At 1 point she sprayed alcohol on the tip of an item. But no blue juice anywhere in sight. And no sterilizing ovens. A few days later I was sick. If you do not want to be sick: DO NOT GO TO THIS SALON. They ARE NOT STERILE. Also for my shellac she used a product that made my skin feel glued to the underside of my nails. And it was visible to others. Looked gross. And within a few days the shellac work began to bubble. DO NOT GO HERE!!!

went to get a tip fixed, and the guy couldnt get it off to replace the tip, what a joke !! no wonder they got a rating of 2.8

Cindy is the best! I got these done THREE weeks ago and they lasted the entire time. Not a single lift at all. They looked great in ANY lighting and the health of my nails are still in tact! The only rhinestones that’s fell off were my two index fingers but that’s because of how I handle things not because of her. She did a fill in and cut the nails down some and they look amazing. Every time I get my nails done I’ll post pictures and updates so y’all really can see how good she is. The structure of the nails are incredible and proportionately done. She’s very kind and sweet and makes an effort to communicate with you despite having a language barrier. The place is incredibly clean and well kept. I will only have Cindy touch my nails. She actually cares for the health of them. PLEASE request Cindy. She’s the best in the game in the Belleville area especially when it comes to ombré and the longevity of your nails.

First, the gentleman who did my pedicure seemed like he’d NEVER done one before and he messed my toenails up so bad I had to forego any color as it would have made the uneven filing obvious and my toes actually hurt afterwards. Second I had dip with tips removed except she never actually took the tips off just filed the length down to my natural nail length, which were all uneven and she didn’t even bother with the shape I asked for. The price was reasonable but what I had as finished service was worth less than I was charged. I will not be returning.

These folks are very kind, priced fairly and just as hygienic as any other nail shop. I highly recommend this place. You'll be in and out and they make ya feel welcome. Because @mahdimouse said so!

I went into this salon where the owner greeted me with his nasty feet in the window and the employee's were asleep in the pedicure chairs. I asked for a simple manicure and because I didn't understand what they were saying g to my questions he rudely told me "TO GET OUT" to which I responded what did you say to me?. He then said "LEAVE". Well I gladly diid jusst that. The best lady in the shop recently left to work in Ann Arbor. Yay for her because this shop needs customers badly. I'LL NEVER RETURN

Love it. Ladies are fantastic. The right price. No taxing. Love my nails. Great design. Love the 45.00 pedicure it's amazing, she's great. I fall asleep when she does my nails.

I was at the salon yesterday for pedi. The lady tech used her scissors and cut me in a few places, my big toe is throbbing right now. I let her know she was a little rough. My left big toe nail is smaller than the right, so it doesn't look good. Not happy with end result, I think I will have to go somewhere else in the future.
