The workers were great
But my main big issue is they do not have any inside tellers which is ridiculous for a bank branch it is appalling and absurd to not have a teller at a bank and if they this company's trying to be cheap and not have as many tellers on staff (aka not pay for them then) Grant the other associates access as if they were tellers when needed

This is the worst bank. Getting rid of the actual tellers in the building is the worst decision ever. Can last Friday & the machine wouldn't take my cash. Can back today & it still wouldn't take all my cash. Now I have to drive out of my way to make a deposit. This is the worst bank ever. I'm closing my account & going to another bank that has actual tellers.

Absolutely horrible bank. I will be switching no question. They went "cashless" about a year ago and that means the tellers don't deal with cash deposits. Seems fine as long as the ATM is working properly, however, it never ever ever is unless you need to deposit like a couple 100s and 20s. Never ever takes my 50s, spotty with my 10s and I don't even bother with 5s or 1s. Today I tried to deposit a large amount and it will only take half it. Spit back a bunch of 10s 20s and all 5 of my 50s like usual. Absolutely garbage system.

Rudest bank staff I have ever came in contact with. They won’t accept cash deposits inside! Tell you go outside knowing their atm doesn’t work and there’s a rude man working on something telling me to go inside.

ATM deposit only. ATM broken half the time or rejects bills but don’t worry you can walk around the side of the building and deposit your piles of cash where you can get robbed instead. This was a horrible decision that was clearly about profit margins and not about customer service or safety. Will be closing all accounts and taking my balances elsewhere.

I didn't see this virtual teller thing from the other reviews. Perhaps they gave up on that misguided strategy. We got a cashier's check from a human being in about 15 minutes. This was on a weekday afternoon with no line.

There are no longer tellers, just a glorified ATM that hardly works with “Video Tellers” who aren’t available. It’s one thing to modernize, this is just scummy cheap business. After 10+ years, I’ll bank elsewhere.

This bank will NOT take deposits & withdrawals starting October 3rd, 2022. Do yourself a favor, find a different bank.
