I've had my F150 and my wife's Escape serviced at QuickLane many times. On 10/7/25, I made an appointment to have a flat tire repaired. Again, a five star review because QuickLane service is the best! These folks are courteous and polite. They took me in at my appointed time and made the repair promptly.

Concerns 🚩 (poor communication of staff and lack of attention to details) I had concerns about getting my car serviced at this location before but I hesitantly returned due to the convenience of the location and one good service experience but previously they left my oil cap off, and overfilled tire pressure) but now I’m convinced that there are unfortunately serious issues with the quality of service here. I stated to the service counter person that I just got a new set of tires less than a month ago and today I only wanted an oil change I said you don’t need to adjust to my tires. They’ve just been aligned they’re brand new and did you need a copy of my new tire report ? the person said no he’d pass on the information..and then another guy walks out 10 mins later and says hey I see that you have an issue with your tire do you wanna address that today? NO I just told the front desk person my tires are new! and then the car sat there for half an hour after I told him that last time I brought it in you overfilled the tires by 15 psi and please don’t touch the tires so I stood there watching and then finally I just asked for my keys as they hadn’t started working 30 mins after my scheduled online appt and left and I will not be back. The gentleman next to me said he had a flat tire and instead of repairing it, they moved it to the back passenger side without doing anything.

I usually get my oil changed here. This time, they fixed a flat tire. The service is great here. It is very busy so you should make an appointment if you can.

The service has gone downhill and cheap. They no longer service on Saturday. I have to take a damn day off to get help from Atichson

I needed a new battery. I called and they said that I would be a walk in so it might take longer. I was in and out in 30 minutes. Quick lane is very quick. I could not be happier with the service.

I came in to have my wheel locks replaced due to losing the wheel lock key. The Quick Lane took care of me, maintained transparency, and clearly listened to my concerns. Customer service at its finest! I will definitely be back!

DO NOT try and book an appointment online they will NOT honor it. They tell me if it says someone will get back to you to confirm appointment then it didn’t go through. So too bad so sad..How are people supposed to know this?? On top of that I had a maintenance package with my new ford vehicle and they used ALL my pass points for service. Wiped out the pass points then pointed out I had a maintenance package with my car. WOW! Who does that? It took awhile but I’ve learned a lesson here! Never again!
