Our experience at this apartment complex has been nothing short of exceptional! From the moment we moved in, the staff has been incredibly friendly and attentive, always going above and beyond to address any concerns or requests promptly.I was worried about our move initially, as we were moving into a unit that was smaller than our last apartment, but the floorplan itself is spacious, modern, and thoughtfully designed to the point that I can't even tell that we lost hundreds in square feet.One of the standout features is the commitment to cleanliness and maintenance. The grounds are impeccably landscaped, and the maintenance team is quick to address any issues, ensuring a comfortable living environment. Even the dog park is kept in neat condition to make trips with our dog hassle-free and enjoyable.Overall, we feel fortunate to have found such a wonderful place to call home. The combination of excellent staff, outstanding amenities, and a well-cared-for living space makes this apartment complex truly deserving of a five-star rating. Highly recommended!

Nicole the property manager and Krystal the assistant manager made our move in process smooth and easy! I love living here-the maintenance is swift and efficient, the office staff is more than courteous and helpful. Ed came to fix my disposal and was super kind and professional. I recommend living here for everyone!

They have the worst customer service. I moved out of the country and they have made it nothing but a stressful roller coaster for me. They added an unnecessary extra fees and told me that i have until my 60 day notice end to pay the rent along with lease buyout since i was moving out early. But once i moved out of the country and tried to pay rent online, it did not let me and when i called they said i can only pay via cashiers check and had already passed the due date and apologised that their office was wrong when they said i could do it online and until the end of my 60 day notice. So, once you want to move out, they will do anything to extort money and make it very difficult. The office is very rude when you try to talk and see if there's another way out, they will simply tell you that the account will be transferred to a collection agent. I would not recommend going through that stress because the apartments are not as great in terms of maintenance. i can tell you that the clubhouse is the only nice thing there but its not worth the stress the office puts on you. Biggest mistake i made!

I didn't know maintenance picked up tenants between 7:00am and 8:00am to drive them to work and probably taken them back home on/off the job, ? might be a new service for us tenant. Would really be helpful if they extended their service to other tenants as well not just certain people.

This place was my very first apartment I’ve ever had and I must say I do not regret it at all. THE ONLY reason I moved out is because I needed a 2 bed/2 bath for me and my sister and it wasn’t available when I needed it. From the day I moved in to the day I moved out the trilogy apartments were great to me. It was quiet, the office staff was friendly , I loved the amenities, maintenance was very timely and professional, and I just never had any problems or complaints. I truly will miss being here. Thank you guys :)

I applied to the complex on May 20th, 2023 solo and the week after with a roommate. Both applications were denied and I was told it would take 30-45 business days for the company to process a check and mail it to me with the $200 holding fee. A total of $400 from two applications. I have called several times, left messages, and emailed. I was told on August 9th they had the wrong address and would reissue the check with the correct address through expedited shipping. It never came. After weeks of leaving voicemails and emails, I got through to a live human today September 18th. Today I was told that they are still within the holding window which is completely news to me as I was told it was being expedited. It has been almost 4 months and I am still waiting for this check.

Experienced a flood due to an abundance of rain. However, the maintenance staff did an awesome job, cleaned the apartment like there was never any water. Professional staff of employees!

The office staff doesn’t respond to voicemails or emails. Usually the only way to get any assistance or questions answered is to go into the office. Obviously they work the same hours as many people who work a typical day..so thats challenging. An email response atleast would be appreciated.**Follow up to response to this review: I did reach out. I haven't received a response.

One year in. I have lived here for a year with my motorcycle. And it was never a Problem, All of a sudden they towed my motorcycle claiming they cant be on site. I have seen numerous motorycles here since even parked on the sidewalk for days and they let them be. Do not go here.Management is rude and Seemingly revengeful7 Month Update*overall place is like 3.5 to 4 stars good and bad.place is pretty clean, they mop my hallway once a weekFurnace/Ac went out had a brand new one installed within a week.(super Fast) it took them 5 months to get me my new windows which was the reason they had to move my original move in date by a few days.(honestly i think they only did that so i would have to pay more for rent)Had some issues Fixed by Kim and her team (kim is maintenance supervisor) kim has been great overall but some things did not remain fixed until i did them myself.the office is constantly putting on events for residence.(a nice bonus)pet waste being left in the grass is still a problem, it did get better.Apartment is super quiet when in your apartment, in the hallway you will hear all your neighbors, im on the ground floor and when in my apartment i dont even hear my upstairs neighbors.parking lot is improving but many people still park illegally or in others payed portsPackage theft is a bit to common here in my experience, one time someone took my neighbor and mine packages and opened them and decided to keep the good items and return the other stuff to the office, and the office wouldnt tell us who took our stuff even though the area has cameras, and they then defended the person and said it was just a mistake.2 Week Update****After seeing several other apartment complexes while looking for a place to live, We went here on 07/17/2022 (just yesterday) to see the complex grounds and a apartment. We loved absolutely everything we saw. We were helped by Drew he was as helpful as any one person can be and then some. We loved the grounds and the 2bd apartment. We went forward with the application and are waiting to hear back. Will update review in the future.Moved in 07/25. As always Drew (leasing) is great 5 stars. The rest of the others I dealt with are next to worthless. The leasing manager barley wanted to fix anything. She always has a attitude. Increased my move in cost after i already had my cashier check that costs a fee due to a miscalculation on the apartments end. Had to get a second cashier check and pay another fee for it .Which had my security deposit and next month's rent. Now here it is again I'm being told there is another miscalculation on ther apartments end and I have to pay more again. After I brought this up and they assured me it's a mistake that they would take care of, now they said i have to pay it. apartment is nice enough the grounds and clubhouse are nice 4 stars for sure. They don't have much desire to fix things or communicate. They just want you to pay and shut up.The other leasing person she ignores me and only speaks to my partner she doesn't listen and is condescending and patronizing. To the point I walked out the office. If she is the only one there I will leave and wait a day for someone else to be there.I haven't dealt with maintenance so I don't know how they are.If I had anyone other then Drew showing me around and doing my application my partner and I 100% would have went somewhere else the others are way to rude and have a Superiority complex.My ratingDrew 5 starts excellent(truly wonder, listens, gets things done genuinely seams like he cares)My apartment 4 stars renovated (not like they have fixed anything bathroom door doesn't even stay closed only real repairs have been by me because the contractors are incompetent and I had to redo what they did and then some so it was done correctly)The other leasing person 1 star (there is no lower rating)The leasing manager 1 star (there is no lower rating)There was definitely more to complain about but you're not here to read the entire experience

I love the Trilogy apartments. They are the best apartments I have lived in so far. The only problem is you hear through the walls such as easily hearing people in the hallway and hearing your neighbors phone conversation and TV when it's normal volume. Also, if you are on the first floor you will hear the neighbors above you walking around. However, overall the apartment is amazing. I'll be here for a few years.

Positive: Quiet, relatively safe, simple place to live. Office staff has always been kind and helpful. I’ve only had a few small maintenance issues that were addressed quickly and professionally. Rent payments are simple and quick and I’m hoping that our move out process will be that way as well.Negative: This season is the first opportunity for us to use the pool and the rules they have set for it are kind of ridiculous. Neither my husband or I can use it as paying tenants because our IDs don’t match the Trilogy address. My Husband could potentially get his changed but I cannot bc mine has to match my passport and work ID (it would be a huge hassle just to use a pool a few times). Another thing is that my husbands car was vandalized (his catalytic converter stolen). The office was not super helpful to us or the police in showing the footage or do anything to make the area more secure. Next is the laundry services in our building are not very good, the room and machines are not cleaned regularly and the machines don’t do a great job. Considering this is an amenity that we pay for, it should be improved. Friends who also live here have mentioned poor maintenance solutions for mold or water damage. Finally is something that is getting some improvement (just nothing yet near my building)-the roads and parking lot. There are tons of pot holes and bumps. I usually have to swerve all around to avoid damaging my car and this is difficult at night as the lots are not very well lit. Even the main road (Independence) is really bad and needs totally replaced. The lines also need repainted badly.$$$- They could make some huge improvements to make it worth $1200 for a 1 bedroom. AND they’ve just told us that our rent will increase if we lease another year (I think to $1250) and we will immediately start having to pay for additional utilities. I don’t understand as a tenant that has kept the apartment in great condition and never been late on a payment how we have to raise the rent from an already high price to even higher-especially when many people can’t use the pool due to their regulations.Overall, 3/5 for the whole experience. It is okay as a temporary living situation for 1-3 years, but I wouldn’t live here any longer than that.

This apartment home experience has been great for me and my former deceased dog. The staff is attentive and caring about everything concerning the tenants. I am glad I decided to live here going on 3 years now. They are wonderful. Trilogy Apts has many amenities that other apts just doesn't the charm of the clubhouses functional in various ways with tenants in mind. Doggy Park. Events for all. Great community.

All the staff was very friendly, they answered all my questions and were professional.I submitted my application and in 3 days, I moved in.The neighborhood is quiet. Also, everything on the apartment looks new.Trilogy has a dog park, pool, 24/7 Gym, and the club house is beautiful. It also has a movie theater.My wife and I are happy for choosing this place.Thanks Trilogy apartments.
