The Corporate screwed up the credit card transaction because of bad programming on the credit card processing, but after placing 3 holds on our card, the sire Manager, Joann, called corporate and fixed it so that the holds were released, and we were able to get our rental.

The truck still had furniture and trash inside. I didn’t realize it until I got to my destination and opened the back door. However, I took a picture and called the lady to inform her. She apologized and said that I would receive a discount, but I didn’t!
