Used the facility for over 3 years. Never had an issue. Every staff associate that I've encountered were friendly,helpful and smiling faces. The day I moved out the lady came to my unit with cold waters for everyone. Would recommend and use again if needed.

As a realtor I am always looking for small businesses that hold customer service as a high priority. They went above and beyond. I like that they check in on their units on a regular and will give you a curtesy call to confirm your unit's standing. They made renting easy for me and my client. I look forward to using them again!

Was with them almost 10 yrs or close to it never had issues worked with me when I lost everything staff will always try to help their customers clean and its a safe place to keep your things I've stored inside multiple units over the yrs and outside. Couldn't ask for better staff or place. Highly recommend them

Clean, friendly, affordable priced company. Their storage spaces are 2nd to none.
Their policies are simple and easy to understand, and the location is quiet, but on a main road.
Check them out if you ever need a place to secure your important items.

I used U-Lock-It storage in Belleville to store my boat for the summer. I frequent Belleville Lake and it was very conveniently located a few miles form the public boat launch. The staff was efficient and friendly to work with and the facility was well light which was helpful during the times I returned my boat in the evening.

They were great to work with as always. If I ever need storage this is where I come. The ladies that work in the office are amazing. Along with the maintenance men as well. Great service.

Prices are great here and Sara the manager is always so helpful, I really appreciate her and the owner. Security is great the key code pad is so easy to use. Prices are great too!!!
