There were only two people ahead of me and I waited over an hour to be seen. The front desk receptionist was not friendly at all. And when I asked the nurse for a pregnancy test, she refused. I took an at home test and it came back positive. If I go back for a test I'd have to pay another $50 copay for something I should've gotten when I asked and paid the first time. Won't be going back.

This place is always closed because the pharmacist leaves early. I just got my wisdom teeth out yesterday and I couldn’t get my prescription because it was closed when they say they are open from 10AM-10PM… WHAT THE HELL?

Wish I could give a negative 10 star review. Stood at the counter for 10 minutes before I saw someone, she looked at me said hi and walked away. Waited a while longer then walked out. They were not busy, no cars in lot, 1 person waiting. This is an URGENT Care facility, yet there was no urgency or care!

I brought my mother to this location because she was having trouble breathing and had a severe cough. As I sat in the lobby and observed other patients go in and out, there were several things that made me extremely uncomfortable. But most concerning was the front desk staff leaving my mother's documents on the counter for others to see her information. When I stepped up to hand to the receptionist the clipboard with paperwork, she got an attitude and told me to leave it there. I expressed my concern for her privacy, and the receptionist put the clipboard back on the counter when I walked away. Additionally, everyone who came in was asked "what are you here for?" in front of others. Again, no respect for privacy. And it was clear that one woman did not want to say out loud and did her best to whisper her concerns. I still hears them. In both cases, these are CLEAR HIPAA violations which protect both written and oral information for the patient.

Cut myself really badly and needed stitches/shot. Front desk couldn't locate my insurance information. Ultimately, it was my fault because I didn't have my insurance card, but handed back my drivers license and told to come back the next day when the benefits lady was back. I asked a question which front desk needed to ask the doctor about. He stepped to the side to ask doctor and she started on a rant that if I refused care that it was my decision and that it wasn't recommended. Not friendly/helpful. Felt more could have been done to help a patient in need.

I love supporting Van Buren Pharmacy now for almost over a decade. I just like that it's local and family owned & operated. Also they know me by name and always have my medicine in a timely fashion. Great Value! Great Service!!

had my prescription sent here have been trying to call for 2 days to make sure they are filled and ready to be picked up and no one answers the phone literally called 20 times in a row. Ended up having my script sent to cvs where they answer when you call. Will never do business with them again

Worst urgent care ever I would not recommend anyone go here, just needed a note to go back to work had me sitting in the room for over a hour and had to redo my return to work note 3 times and still didn't do it right I got fed up and walked out just to go somewhere else and have to pay another co-pay for a letter elsewhere smh

I was just up there and they denied service and help to my son who may need stitches. They denied service to a 7 year old whose leg was bleeding! They take the last patient at 9:30 and it was 8:15. They lied and told they stop taking patients at 8 when in fact I used to intern here and last patient is 9:30.

Go elsewhere. This place is a joke. Used to be good. I drove straight here from work only to be told we are not seeing any more patients tonight. I came here because I can't get off work in time to see my own physician ( I'm a mail carrier) and can't afford to pay a $150 copay to go to the er for something that does not need to be taken care of in the emergency room. This used to be my go to place because the copay here is only a little bit more than the copay for my doctor. I hope this place goes under... what good is it to have an urgent care in town when they turn away patients almost an hour and a half before closing. There was hardly anyone there... the parking lot had maybe 3 cars where patients park when I pulled in. It's not like the waiting room was full with people sitting out in the atrium. Like I said, this place has gone to hell

If I could rate urgent care zero stars I would. My daughter was turned away at 9:20 PM with no one in the lobby waiting to be seen and this urgent care closes at 10 PM. Her nose will not stop bleeding and they refused to see her stating that they were done taking patients for the night. Now I have to take her to the emergency room and pay an absorbent co-pay. If you want to stop taking patients at a certain time that should be posted. I do not recommend this urgent care at all. Even the attached picture says they close in 30 minutes.

They need to change their name, for they clearly are confused about the definition of the term "urgent". My boyfriend sliced his leg open with a chainsaw. We have been here for about 2hrs, as they are strictly a "first come, first served" facility, regardless of the reason for seeking treatment. A woman who sliced her hand open has also been waiting for too long while people are here for Covid tests and other non urgent needs. I was told those people would get understandably impatient if they took other people back when they got there first. But apparently it's ok to let true emergency cases wait. And it seems everyone has an issue-being incorrectly billed, people having to return to settle things, etc. Utterly ridiculous. This place needs better management, as the current is clearly inept. Urgent care, my a*** WE WERE EVENTUALLY TREATED BY DEYA ABDELBAKI. HE WAS AWESOME, PERSONABLE, KNOWLEDGEABLE, AND DOWN TO EARTH. JUST WISH WE COULD HAVE GOTTEN TO HIM SOONER!!

This is the best pharmacy for fast service & customer care which you rarely get now unfortunately.

Deya Abdelbaki is the reason I come here!! I love how down to earth and real he is. It creates an instant since of comfort! If he ever decides to get his own practice I'm definitely signing up!!!! He should truely be rewarded for his excellent listening skills, and true dedication to his patients. You definitely don't see that often nowadays!!
