This location is awesome. Corey was great to work with as I’ve been having issues trying to upgrade and order my device online and to purchase add ons on my account for over 2 weeks with no luck. He was able to diagnose the issue with support and FINALLY get my account straightened out. Even pre ordered me my new phone. Thanks for all your help!

Very happy with how Jordan handled the whole upgrade to a new phone. Everyone in the store was very friendly, very helpful. It was obvious that the other customers that came in were equally as happy as I was.

Originally I had to order my new phone because I wanted more memory. I received a call that it was in. When I showed up, I was greeted as soon as I walked in. I did have to wait but not very long. The transfer of stuff from phone to phone took a minute but they had already warned me of that. After that was done, Jordan also helped me set up a smart watch. Both times everyone I dealt with was very polite and easy understanding.

I have the pleasure of using the Verizon store on Belleville Rd. The staff who work there are so helpful. Corey has gone well beyond what you would expect an employee to do! He is so helpful and extremely patient. I can't say enough good things about him. James is also very helpful. You can't go wrong making this your Verizon store.
