“I can’t say enough good things about this office and especially Dr. Dukes. My puppy was neutered here, and the next day his incision opened after he managed to lick it when I wasn’t in the room. I called right away, emailed a photo as requested, and they got back to me quickly and told me to bring him in the same day, even though it was two days before Christmas.

Dr. Dukes and her team took the situation seriously and got him seen right away. They put him back under, re-stitched the incision, and made sure he was properly cared for. Throughout the entire process, Dr. Dukes was calm, professional, and incredibly compassionate. She was also very understanding of the situation and even gave me a discount and antibiotics at a very fair price, which I truly appreciated.
