I went to this pharmacy twice and both times wait time here was over 20 mins, and that’s only with two people ahead of me in line, there is usually one person on the counter who deals with customers and also deals with drive through. I would recommend not to visit.

If I could give zero stars, I would.
My partner went to this Walgreens to pick up his gender-affirming medication and was met with shockingly unprofessional and disrespectful behavior.
If someone is picking up gender-affirming medication, it should be a reasonable assumption that they might not identify with the gender listed on their chart. When we kindly asked the pharmacist to make a note to update his name or at least write it down for future reference, our request was completely ignored.
Instead, the pharmacist repeatedly deadnamed him throughout the entire interaction. What should have been a simple, two-minute transaction dragged on for nearly 20 minutes. As if that wasn’t bad enough, when we asked questions about the medication, the pharmacist shouted across the counter to another colleague:
“SHE wants to know what this is for. Yeah, SHE’S asking.”
This behavior was not only disrespectful but also blatantly homophobic and unsafe—particularly for BIPOC or LGBTQIA+ individuals. It’s 2025, and witnessing this kind of treatment at a pharmacy—especially one where the nature of the medications being picked up should offer some basic understanding—is beyond disheartening.
We will be reporting this incident directly to Walgreens headquarters, and I sincerely hope they address the harmful behavior displayed at this location. Based on this experience, I am certain we are not the only ones to endure such treatment.
If you value safety, respect, and dignity, I strongly urge you to steer clear of this location..

Shock of the week, they don't have ANOTHER basis/generic med i ordered Thursday, it's Monday and they still don't have it. What in the world is going on at this Walgreens? Go inside, no one has cleaned this store in years! The floor is always disgusting and shelves r empty

RX refills were constantly being unfilled/delayed. I would have to repeatedly call them to check the status only to be told to either keep checking back, or they would fill it partially.
Absolutely no customer service to speak of. When questioned about the issues with the RX and what was happening, they simply stated it would be better if I just transferred it elsewhere. Like I was the one being the problem.
Literally called Costco and got the refill transferred and filled COMPLETELY and without a problem within 2 hours of calling.
Take your RX elsewhere. They don't care.

Meijer Pharmacy much better pricing with or without medicade part D. Shop and compare if you care. Most seniors do care and will be surprised in the difference.

I was switching pharmacies to this location and requested 4 scripts sent over and 1 out of those 4 to be refilled. I provided all my information and the phone number to my old pharmacy and received a call back later saying that the pharmacy number I gave was wrong. It was not wrong, the staff recorded it incorrectly. I called the next day around 4 because I hadn't received a call saying my scripts were ready yet, so I wanted to see if they were ready to pick up. The staff there said they would get my 4 scripts ready in 30 minutes. I let her know that I told them I only needed 1 script refilled. They updated it and let me know they'd call me when it's ready. Okay, so I run an errand and head over to the pharmacy and THEYRE CLOSED due to a power outage in the area. To be fair, many other stores were as well, and I shouldn't have gone without a call saying it's ready, but the way that they never called me since then to let me know I can pick them up? It's been well over a week now and I'm just going to go to a different pharmacy at this point. Terrible experience.

I've never been in this Walgreens before. They had available Covid booster shot appointments, so here I am! It is clean, the aisles are wide and it appears well stocked. The process for getting my vaccine was pretty good. There was some initial snafu with getting me registered, although I had made an appointment and filled out all the forms online. The woman who gave me my vaccine was efficient and that all went smoothly.

The most compassionate, empathetic and patient pharmaceutical staff. They went out of their way to make sure I understood my options with my mothers prescriptions. Truly grateful for their assistance during this very difficult time.
