“Good location if you're in or near Penfield. Service is reasonably on point. Not too often overly busy, but it does have it's moments there. Coin sorter can be a tad bit or miss as to if it's working or needs emptying. But really amidst a few minor issues it's a proper branch.”

“I have banked here for a couple of years now, and every time I visit, the staff is very pleasant to speak with. They are very nice and helpful. I have always enjoyed interacting with them.
I do, however, have 1 issue with the bank. The bank manager makes the employees park in the farthest spots from the bank, but she parks her black Cadillac in the very first available spot, and it sits there all day. This is not a handicap parking spot, but the very first one next to the handicap parking spots. When you see a black Cadillac with a sunshade in the front window, make sure to thank the bank manager for having to walk an extra spot.”
