I took my SUV to KC’s Collision in Bellevue because of their excellent reputation. I wanted them to repair the rust damage caused by the dreaded Michigan winters. Rust repair is more involved than the lay person understands. I was expecting that the job would take 4-5 days. I had my car back in 2 days and I was extremely pleased with the results. The team was very friendly. The final cost was exactly what the estimated cost was. No extra fees added. They even washed the whole exterior and cleaned and vacuumed the interior! Many thanks to Chad, Trevor, Dell, Andy and the rest of the team.

Hit a deer early July and had it towed here, they have Had our van for over 3 weeks, we are constantly told "the parts will be here tomorrow..." only to have tomorrow turn into weeks. they called today 8/4/23 and said it was ready. We paid over 2600 out of pocket with their 4% any customer fee. drove it less than 2 miles and it overheated. When we called them, we were met with the reaction "already?" As if this problem would have happened anyway, but they didn't expect it so soon. It is now back with them, again as we have no other choice since our insurance already paid them over 6000. Definitely do not recommend.Services: Electrical
