Their product is good and we really like it, unfortunately their customer service is just not the best. They don't follow up with you if your waiting for your product. Once you place your order your just forgotten about. I placed an order on September 6 and about a week later was told that they don't have the product in their shop so they are going to order it (ok that's fine) then they say around the end of October it will be in their shop. They asked if id like to order something similar but in a different color. I say no because this is for a customer that needs uniformity in the office and they already have previous cubicle plaque holders. Its now October 30th I have to always be the one to reach out and ask if there is any update on the order? Customer service Rachel responds saying no but also comments "As I've mentioned, the previous maker of these closed for business with no notice." She never mentioned this to me before. A company that is rude to customers and with an attitude as if they are doing you favors is extremally off putting. I wonder if I will even receive the product we ordered...

The Studio Acting Conservatory was in the midst of building a new school in Washington DC dedicated to training actors.We needed a number of signs that would be in line with regulations but also looked good and like they belonged to the aesthetics of the new building, plus the Conservatory is a non-profit organization so they needed to be within our budget.Most companies I approached with the project while claiming we could have custom signs— could not deliver. They couldn’t give us the font, they couldn’t give us the artwork. Then I found NAP. I sent them the first draft of what we wanted. Rachel Decker at NAP led me through their process: The art department reviewed layouts to check for compliance, then NAP produced two sets of proofs, we made revisions and finally received the signs themselves. It was thoughtful, through and efficient process and the signs are beyond terrific (and they were reasonably priced). Everyone is impressed with them. We couldn’t be happier with the process, the quick turnaround and our custom signs. In a world where everything is mass produced, it was great to work with a company which is dedicated to good work and working with customers. Thanks especially to Rachel Decker—she made it easy for us.

Ordered some nameplates and these guys don't even email a confirmation. When I hadn't received them by the date promised, I called to find out where they were. The girl on the phone acknowledged my order and said she would have to call me back when she found out what happened. he never called. I ended up calling back and canceling.

We purchased 50 table tent signs for our bar and had problems with them breaking under normal use right from the start. It's a shame, because they look great, but the metal is far too brittle for the application. When I contacted the company, they insisted that we must be folding them back and forth. In fact, two of the 50 signs came in with cracks at the top. Horrible customer service!
