I limped my car off the Interstate to assured auto. The folks there were kind and did a great job both diagnosing my car and taking care of my wife and I by taking us to hotels in a good part of time. They are absolutely good people.

I was very pleased with the quality work that Assured Auto Repair did. I had a muffler replaced that had been poorly done by a familiar muffler repair shop. Honest, friendly, family run business. I highly recommend them

An excellent place to take your vehicle I cannot recommend them enough they were very polite and have definitely earned my return business in the future they are excellent at what they do I live a ways from them but I'll gladly drive out of my way to have my vehicle serviced by a mechanic who know what quality work on a car is!

My girlfriend was driving our car and the low oil light came on and she ended up at Assured Auto Repair. They made her feel safe and comfortable so she could calm her nerves. The car had a bad day but we ended up feeling well taken care of. I’m glad she ended up there!

I was truly pleased with the customer service they provided very polite. I was really in a funk because everyone I took my car to was giving me the run around but Assured figured out the issue and was very reasonable with the price I strongly recommend ‼️💪🏾 thank you again‼️ I'm grateful 🫱🏽🫲🏾

I tried taking my vehicle to 3 other mechanics, who weren’t willing to fix it because it was a hard job. They took it and had it fixed in one day. I couldn’t recommend them enough. They’ve earned my loyalty!

Amazing customer service!!! Alan went above and beyond after our truck broke down hauling a 40’ 5th wheel camper, he helped us more than we could have asked for- great shop, great people- very trustworthy!!! Highly reccomend!!!

We had an emergency flat tire on our Truck passing through Benton Harbor. We came at this place without appointment Mr. Allen was very kind to take care of our tire immediately. We waited in his waiting area clean, nice and cool with AC going on. He was very professional and he was done less than 20 minutes and didn’t charge us anything. We highly recommend this place for your repairs they are professional and honest.

If you are in need of a car replacement key or key fab, please don't go anywhere else! These people know what they are doing. Jared was so kind, helpful, and polite. They have great people and great prices. You'll be sorry if you go anywhere else, especially a dealership!
