10 OUT OF 10, RECOMMEND!!!My fiancé and I were traveling to Texas when our truck broke down on us. It was a Saturday and most auto shops weren’t open until Monday. However, this auto shop was a LIFESAVER! First of all, the whole staff there was amazing!!! Laurie, the front desk receptionist, was incredibly nice! The young man who came out to tow us to the shop and Jason, the owner, was completely willing to help us out and even allowed us to bring our small dog along with us and wait inside until our truck was fixed.Jason diagnosed the problem and had us on our way quickly! Even though under the circumstances, they made it such a pleasant visit and would ABSOLUTELY refer them to anyone!Service: General repairs & maintenance

We are a small trucking company in Ohio, we had a driver in Michigan who had some major issues with her rear passenger wheel. It was 7pm on a Thursday. We couldn't find anyone to even look at our truck for almost two weeks due to covid and business volumes. Jason at Arndt's auto service also told us it would be two weeks before he could look at it, but understood our situation and took a look at the truck after hours. Parts were impossible to find due to manufacturing shortages, but Jason did everything he could and found me the parts we needed, even sent a driver to go get them for us. He took care of us and was able to get us back on the road in less than 7 hours. We would've been in some hot water with our customer if not for him. Highly recommend using this company.
