“Our 2009 Nissan Murano broke down in South Haven, MI while we were driving from Chicago to Sleeping Bear Dunes. The AAA towing service informed us that they would take our car to M & W Auto Service and Tire in Benton Harbor. We had excellent communication with Mike and Mark who kept us informed about their plans to diagnose the issue and the results of their findings. It is never an enjoyable experience to have a major car repair while traveling but the staff at M & W Auto Service & Tire were upbeat, friendly, and accommodating. “A part of my tonneau cover fell off my truck on my travels up here making it inoperative. I called this shop and they said come on by so the could take a look at it. When I got there they had the right part, installed, fixed and back on the road 5 minutes later. Bed of my truck is back water tight and just in time , it rained all night. Long story short Jerry did exactly what I asked him to do (door needs to open and close) and her car looks great. Knocked out the dents, new mirror, door handle and latch and the car does what it's supposed to. Best part, it was very inexpensive. “I can only say this. Every person I delt with at this dealership were very professional. The did what they said they would do and quite frankly did a bit more. The GM even got involved with my issue. In a matter of minutes he had the issue resolved. The car was taken to the detail dept. It took over an hour, but the car looked like it just came off the assembly line when they returned it to me. A great experience. The new car sales mgr spent a lot of time with me and my wife. “I went to Advance Auto Parts in Benton Harbor needing a battery. I was greeted by Jake with professionalism, having a great attitude/customer service.
Jake went above and beyond with the customer service he provided. He ordered a battery for me because it was a no-stock at his location. Unfortunately, the battery that was shipped from South Bend was a used battery with low voltage readings that Jake had discovered. Jake told me he could have another battery within a few hours and will make sure the quality control was in place to ensure my battery was serviceable and ready to go. WOW!!!! WHAT GREAT CUSTOMER SERVICE AND ATTENTION TO DETAIL. This store location is on the other side of town for me but I will go the extra distance knowing that Jake will be there to give OUSTANDING service.

“When I walked through the door the guy said "How can I help you?" I told him I had a broken tail light. Before I could even tell him I was looking for red tape to cover it up, they said "We can't sell you any of that red tape" because apparently it's illegal in Michigan to sell it because it doesn't get you out of the ticket. ARE THEY MIND-READERS?”

The fact that my insurance adjuster had also worked with them and spoke highly of them was the icing on the cake.
Liz Stevens was fantastic with scheduling. We dropped the car off on a Sunday and it was ready in about a week. The repair was to the driver’s side door panel after someone backed into our car in a school parking lot.
When we picked the car up, we were genuinely impressed, you’d never know it had been in an accident. The panel gaps are perfect, the seams are straight, and the paint is an perfect match, which is especially impressive for a 10-year-old car. They even washed the car and gave the interior a quick detail.
If I ever need bodywork again, Gerber will absolutely be my first call.”

“I recently took my sons ford in for head light change . On this car the whole bumper has to be removed. They did a great job and price was fair. I usually don’t put reviews but in this case i had to! I met the owner and explained as a female i don’t trust any machinists because i got ripped off in the past! the owner put my mind at ease and understood as he had daughters. now I’m going to take my van for repairs and my 5 adult children know where to go for repairs!! friendly owner and staff!!!
