Bath & Body Works is a very clean and neatly organized store. The staff is friendly, helpful, and nice. Customers find lots of options, good deals often available, and short lines. They usually don't have what I want but they did have my vanilla bean lotion this time. I also got several more. Some of the Bridgerton lotions are really good
