The cashier put one of my layaway items back! I wanted a refund back on my card. I was refused and given a funky ash gift card! Michelle has no customer skills and a sarcastic ash mouth I gladly returned! As for her bald headed ash co-signer kma! I will gift the card @ fk this store!! They said no refund with cash so I used my card to get the same result!! Sincerely fk Burlington! If Michelle is your cashier grab a snicker you wont be going anywhere for awhile! She should NOT BE A CASHIER & BE PREPARED TO GIVE OUT YOUR INFORMATION 80xs! I GUESS SHE IS GETTING DEMENTIA EARLY

This store is a mess. I'm a long time Burlington shopper. I go to Mishawaka if I need shopping. You walk in it's like the dollar Chinese store because it's such a mess you go to the clothing Goodwill organizes better than this store. You got all the sizes all mixed together there's no organization it's ghetto that's all it is one store and I'm sorry but I've been to stores in the middle that are even better than this. It's gross you don't want to touch nothing it's like am I going to catch something. Worse store ever

Not even half of the inventory that they use to have. Clothes of the racks are always unorganized, but I know these days they are probably lucky to be open.
