We have been working with Carpet Mart for the past 2 years on remodel projects. Starting in the kitchen, moving on to the master bathroom and just finishing up our basement. After 40 years of living in a house built in the 1950's, my husband and I had a vision on how to update our kitchen. We switched out our brown cupboards with black handles to a medium gray. Our floor was covered with ugly brown/red indoor outdoor carpeting. We needed that replaced and the carpeting in the dining room removed. The floor in the dining room is beautiful hardwood. I wanted tile that incorporated both the gray from the cupboards and the brown from the dining room floor. We found the perfect Stanton brand quality tile at Carpet Mart. They came highly recommended by friends.
John took the time to show us different options. He had his floor guy come to our home to measure and gave us a reasonable estimate.
When it was time to consider backsplash tile, we went back to Carpet Mart. The guys there were always friendly and informative when it came to us making our choices.
We're very happy with the service we received; the cost of the floor and backsplash tiles; the removal of our old carpeting and laying of the new tile; and, the finished look of our kitchen.
We highly recommend Carpet Mart for their quality products and their high level of customer service!

Carpet Mart installed my gorgeous new carpeting on Monday, August 5th. The installers arrived at promised time, and quickly got to work, tearing out the old and installing the new. They were very professional and did an awesome job. Including cutting out a damaged strip of carpet in the bedroom and lining the new up to the edge, looks perfect!! I also love the rolled edge vs the old metal strips, very elegant!

Wonderful shopping experience! We were looking for luxury vinyl plank flooring for our new sunroom and carpet for new bedroom. John helped us with details of the different types of vinyl planks and from his years of experience we were able to make a decision that we know we will be happy with for a very long time! He actually cares what the customers needs and wants are and helps all the way through the process. We were so impressed we went back the next week and bought more luxury vinyl planks for another bedroom!

I was very impressed with the customer service and inventory. They answered all my questions, allowed me to take samples home, and they allowed us to take our time with our decision. They also worked to see that our carpet was installed before Easter because I had shared that we were having a family get together. We will shop with Carpet Mart again in the future. Excellent job and yes we love our carpet!!

My wife and I went into Carpet Mart on March 7th, 2024 to buy an area rug for our home. We were told that Carpet Mart stopped selling area rugs but we still bought the rug pad knowing we would need it for the new rug that we would be purchasing elsewhere. Our new rug was delivered with a new pad included. On March 27th, 2024 we tried to return the unopened rug pad to Carpet Mart, we were then told they would not take it back. We are now out $100.00!
Carpet Mart claims they pride themselves on on delivering world class customer service. They have awful customer service. Consider going to many other area carpet stores. As for us, we will never return to this one! We did have a great experience with Country Carpet in St. Joseph, MI

I was recently shopping for carpet for our house. Tom was wonderful. He took time to listen to what I was looking for, the project, and the time frame. He walk through different options that would work for our project and also the pros/cons to each so I had information to make the best decision for my family. The experience was stress-free, easy, and I was able to get a really good carpet in my budget and in my timeframe.

I cannot provide enough praise for Tom and the experience at Carpet Mart. I shopped around at a number of outlets for flooring, and Tom provided guidance, advice and tips without being pushy or trying to sell me on his product over others. In the end, I chose their product with confidence, and primarily due to the exceptional service provided. I was on a tight-timeline and he worked with his supplier to get me flooring in just a matter of days, which is unheard of. We also bought an area rug. Overall they have competitive pricing, solid products, and incredible staff.

We needed two bedrooms and a flight of stairs re carpeted... We went in and picked from the clearance carpet... and service was friendly and the carpet was very nice quality. The installers did a great job and we are very happy with the experience.
