I had a bad experience before where my food was extremely cold I hadn’t tried it again I finally gave it a try and order a pasta they literally sent out a pasta that was 2 scoops I waited on hold for 15 minutes in order to get a manager then to know the guy said he was the owner and wanted me to wait another 45 minutes or more just to receive another one and return the other one. He didn’t apologize about the inconvenience or anything all he could say was it was the store policy and he wasn’t changing it. Customer service is a number one thing but for you to not try to make a better solution after was insane. And I had the nerve to tip the driver smh. So we were left with the pizza thank God but I will never do busy again with the Benton Harbor Dominos again.

Usually don't have problems here with food or staff they are generally friendly, but last time though food was over 30mins behind. They forgot to put sauce on one of my pizzas and missed putting the buttery seasoning on the crust on all 6 pizzas. The prep person seamed overwhelmed when I had come in to pick up. --note was not a holiday nor any special day.

Pizzas were absolutely on point, those garlic bites are amazing ?. Crust on the thin pizza was literally perfect.

I like Domino’s pizza but I will never buy another pizza from the one in Benton Harbor. My husband was in the emergency room for hours so I placed an order online. When I was alerted that my pizza would be ready in 8-10 minutes, I left the hospital to pick it up. When I got there, a young man told me they forgot to add chicken on my pizza and if I would wait another 9-10 minutes, they will make me another one. I decided to be patient and wait in the parking lot. 20 minutes passed, so I looked at my alert which showed the pizza was not in the oven. So I called from the parking lot only to be told that my pizza was ready. I drove up to the window and the young lady handed me a cold pizza. I asked to speak to the manager, who turned out to be the owner named Dave Turner. He didn’t offer me an apology, nothing for the inconvenience, only to make me another pizza or give me my money back. I explained that I needed to get back to the hospital with my husband and I wasn’t about to wait for them to make me a third pizza. My point is that, Dave Turner, showed no sympathy or even cared that my time was completely wasted. What ever happened to customer satisfaction? He could have at least offered a discount for the error they made. He walked away and left me at the window. I called the restaurant from the window and asked to speak to the manager. He came to the phone and just hung it up. I had to go I inside to return the pizza and get my money back. Dave opens the box at least three times. I guess he was trying to see if I did anything to the pizza. Even if I did, who’s going to eat a pizza a customer returned? He still didn’t say he was sorry for the inconvenience. He sat my receipt on the counter, turned and walked away quickly. I’m glad I decided to get my money back. Why would I pay anyone to be rude to me. I’m a lab manager and I feel sorry for his employees. I wouldn’t want to even work for him. What a shame. He shouldn’t be serving people.

The last 2 delivery orders were not good. We got the wrong toppings on one pizza last week. This week they only delivered 1 out of 2 pizzas that I ordered. ?
