Hours: Fairplain Plaza is a shopping center in a good spot in Benton Harbor. It is smaller than most but is well stocked. The plaza has many stores including Michaels, Dunham's, Dollar Tree, Bath & Body Works, the Xfinity Store, Shoe Department, Walgreens, Kohl's, Walmart, Goodwill, Planet Fitness, Gordon's Food Service, Lowe's, and a Marathon gas station. There are also fast food options and thrift stores. It is very clean and the staff are helpful, friendly, lovely, and nice. The place is wheelchair accessible. Some wish there were more stores after Target left and for the owners to finish parts of the plaza or attract more stores to vacant spaces. Others note the handicapped parking is behind a curb.
