I had a very poor experience with them when purchasing a Ryobi battery lawn mower. The first one’s battery became non-removable. When I proved to the manager it was stuck forever they gave me a new one. 15 month later the self propel function has failed. They seemed to try to dissuade me from getting it repaired there. They said that they would charge me 30 dollars for shipping even if it is covered by warranty and that I would have to wait 4-6 weeks before I would get it back. I asked about a loaner mower and they said nope. No sympathy for how I am to get my lawn mowed.

I wanted again mention the assistance and help that my husband and I received at this Home Depot! Because of our past service we went there to buy a Weber Grill! Todd assisted us with this purchase and again we were given the BEST of service!!! Great Job!!! Bob and Maryanne Lullo

Staff was helpful and friendly. Found my items no problem and the store was clean. All employees I saw had masks on as did customers.

I ordered a new range on 12/26, delivery was scheduled for 1/11, The truck pulled up at 9:00 AM, I opened the front door and watched from the front window. Two minutes later, without getting out of the truck they left. My phone rang 15 minutes later, I answered but no one spoke. Called RAS delivery at noon, the delivery people told them they waited in my driveway 15 minutes but no one was home and no one answered the phone. Next available delivery date is 1/15. Do I want these liars in my house then? No. No help from Home Depot customer service.

By far The Best curbside pick up process in town! Order online, either call when you arrive or someone will approach your vehicle to get your order. I've used this service three times and ultra happy every visit! Thank you for being an example of wonderful customer service when human interaction must be limited.

I had a awful experience with Lowe's so I went to Home Depot for doors. Laurel in doors was amazing and friendly! she even knew all about doors and helped us a lot. She was great!

In January I went to Home Depot in search of a car battery. Another local company told me they could not honor my warranty on interstate battery since there were no suppliers nearby so I went online and saw home depot had car batteries the cheapest around. I got the battery but I could not find anyone to put the battery on for me. Shops like O'Reilly and other places wouldn't put the battery on for me since I didn't get it from them. I then asked home depot in a hail Mary attempt If they could put the battery on for me. Luckily, a new employee named Jake was able to put the car battery on for me. Even though, home depot doesn't normally put on batteries. I'm glad Home Depot was able to help me out. This experience gave me a new perspective on Home depot. I look forward to going to Home depot for my Diy projects because of their great customer service. I've never had a problem with them before.

Their Christmas trees are not lit. And won't light them up. Sort of crazy to not light up a display. I sure hope their management wakes up and notices

I've never experienced such helpful a knowledgeable employees in a big box store. The women in the plumbing department gave me a lot of information for my project that was very helpful.

Everything that could be done wrong was done wrong by the Home Depot here on a custom order. Order entered to send to the billing address in a different state rather than the work site, duplicate orders entered (and partially sent) and Pick-up arranged for contractor was bungled requiring multiple trips to correct....and the reason for the mix-up blamed on others. This has been a terrible experience on a custom order and is not over yet

Every time I go there the receiving guy is a complete j**** But every time I talk to him I tell him to have a good day I walk in and out of that building with a smile on my face. Just because you hate your job and or your life decisions does not mean you need to take it out on other people.

I just tried to a special order two cooktop and pay cash at the store. I was told I couldn't pay cash. I would have to buy gift cards to pay. What kind of crazy crap is this? If something is wrong with them I can't get money back just gift cards my a*** If these cooktop would work out. I was planning on purchase 5 more over the next 3 months. Idiot store just lost out on over $2000.00 in sales.
