Took my daughter for dental & check up this week dental could of went better.. pretty backed up an show more passion for your work/daymedical; the lady who called us back was alright could of had more interaction an care for others like you’d want to be treated.! hopefully my visit with my daughter in (January) will be better…

I don’t know how this place is still open. If you make an appointment they’ll make it 2-3 months later even if it’s serious. I have gotten so much attitude from people here trust me when I say they are not caring at all. The amount of redirecting they put me through just to be seen by the wrong doctor after 2 hours. Not to mention the dentists are quite rude. They managed to make one of my siblings tooth’s loose here and found a bed bug in her hair here! They are very unprofessional and judgmental I do not recommend going here at ALL.

Unprofessional they don't take care if they patents, my child had an appointment on the 1st Sept, now they want to push it back to December not cool... I'm leaving this company TODAY!!!!

Worst health clinic in Harlem !!Dr. Wakonda is a joke of a doctor…He stopped my insulin and didn’t tell me about it !!And Robin, the lady who runs da place , well she’s another fine piece of work !!All And all, the whole place is disgusting!Robin will not return your calls , SO, what good is she ??????TIME for a CHANGE…………………..Thank you for paying attention to my post and reading it !

I was refused to be seen when I desperately needed a doctor. I had symptoms of a stroke and they still refused to see me because “I hadn’t been here in 3 years” even after I told them I had moved states and moved back. The ladies at the front are no help and all they do is laugh and talk within themselves instead of doing their job. And when they answer the phone, they don’t even know what they’re talking about as they say one thing and then change to another.

had a broken finger took 5 hrs to get me an x-ray, went to get an x-ray, guy who did it put it on stat and next day i have no info or calls.. these ppl definetly dont like they jobs because it took 2 days before a call..

This’s is NOT a walk in clinic because if you walk in they won’t be able to treat you and they won’t make any appointments! The receptionist is incredibly loud and angry every time I’ve gone there. She said no walk ins and it was 9am. I took off work and got the kids ready for school by 8 get to intercare at 9 and it’s too late! She said come back tomorrow. I recommend going anywhere else. Aspen dental was great and everyone even smiled!

I took my son to intercare of benton harbor with a horrible tooth ache. We sat in the lobby over an hour waiting to be seen. Everyone, including new comers were seen before us. This is a walk in clinic, so I thought. They didn't see us until I said something to them. Then it was shirt and rude. I would like to think it wasn't because we were white. But sometimes, you just get that feeling.

I needed an ER Follow up and it took 3 weeks to get an appointment. I was having heart issues and was told if I didnt wear my mask properly i wasnt going to be seen . I had a mask on but explained I was having trouble breathing and just needed to see my doctor . If you want to know what it's like in China give them a try if not dont take yourself or anyone that you care about. Shameful

This place has the wrong hours on their website, nothing in the patient portal works and no one returns calls. I’ve been without my medications for 2 weeks and I need these medications and it’s causing major problems for me. Do not use them.

This place is a JOKE. They don’t care about patients they only care about your money. They never call you back. The women’s center is a JOKE too. I had a man mansplane to me what a period is even tho I requested a women doctor.

If you need a dental appointment, DO NOT bother. They do not care if you have a tooth infection or even if half of your back molar breaks off. They will tell you to do an emergency walk in but 100% you will never be seen. They promise to call you back when there's a cancellation, but I've been waiting for my cancellation calls (yes, I had to be placed on the call list several times) since June. I've been trying to get in since June and all they do is lie. I'm watching all my coworkers be able to make a new patient appointment but when I do it, it's nope.

My daughter needed to see a dentist. Her dentist couldn’t see her for several months and was like take Tylenol for pain. Intercare was able to see her the next day.. she has anxiety, especially when going to the dentist. They made her feel so comfortable and was kind and patient, I would give them 10 stars if I could keep up the good work and thank you for everything you did and do
