Purchased 3 appliances. All look great but are the least reliable products I've ever purchased. ALL 3 have issues that conveniently fall out of warranty (less than 2 years). Range preheat doesn't work, micro time doesn't keep, and fridge ice maker won't turn off & lights stopped working. I wouldn't expect from appliances this expensive. Crazy

Our dual fuel downdraft range is now a $3,000 brick because a $400 item is not in stock. The front panel, part number W10314421, that controls the oven, does not work and has not since January 2024. The part is not available anywhere in the USA and it is not expected until maybe late December.
I have googled the part and all suppliers say it is on back order. There were a few that claimed it is in stock and, after a telephone call, changed their tune to state their website is outdated.
A call to Jenn-Air corporate was just as frustrating. They claim to have no control over their supplier.
We cannot go another 6 months without an oven. There are only 2 choices: Jenn-Air or KitchenAid and both have the same corporate parent, Whirlpool!
Speaking of parts suppliers, be very careful of Sears Parts Direct as they are LIARS. They state the produce is in stock, take your money, give you a delivery date if a few days and then you receive an “not good news email” stating the product is in not in stock. Now try to get your money back. That will be another posting.

Jenn-Air customer service is an absolute joke. Please avoid this company back in January 2023. We bought a induction stove from Jen-Air versus other brands specifically because the guy who sold it to us told us that Jen had good customer service that was 100% wrong. after using the stove, the second time myself personally and babying the pans There was a crack underneath the pan so I called Jenair customer service and they said no problem. They will have a guy come fix it that Friday well that guy showed up with no part and did an inspection and told me, it’s an error with the product and it will be replaced so in front of me on speakerphone and the Jenair person on the phone told him that it can’t be a product issue because it’s an induction stove and they don’t just crack. Which is the reason I write this now is because last week above this stove that apparently doesn’t crack, one of our heavy metal vents fell right on top of the glass zero crack. so obviously whatever happened right after install was a product issue after many phone calls and talking to many managers they completely denied us. stay away from Jen air products. separate subject, though induction stove tops are fantastic. You should really get one just not from Jenair

What do you do with a $12500. Jenn-air refrigerator that the tube that supplies the water to the water dispenser which breaks in a spot that a certified repairman laughs at you when he tells you he can't repair it. You need to order a new door plus pay for 2 techs to install estimate is over $3000. and Jenn-air won't help? Put a sign on the door. HAHA not funny!UPDATE THANK YOU for helping me get a new refrigerator equal to mine that was delivered set up and taken away the old price at a reduced price. They satisfied this customer.

Jenn air it's a fancy name on poorly designed products. The refrigerator cost me $12,000 after nine years there is a water leak coming out from underneath the refrigerator. Apparently it is coming from the conduit line that runs up the door.Had a service technician come out to look at it. It is not under warranty but the poor design requires me to buy a brand new door which would cost over $2000 then pay a appliance company another thousand dollars to pull the unit out, lay it down on its back put on a new door because you can't access the waterline from the front of the unit. The CSR gave me that very sweet line. I'm sorry ma'am it's no longer under warranty a $.59 tube is going to cost me over $3000 stay away from Jen air products their garbage.

Absolute worst products with worst support. Insanely overpriced. I ended up with these as part of a relatively newly built home and have had two appliances break. One was a fridge water dispenser which required the whole door to be replaced - thousands of dollars. The other was the screen for the microwave and oven combo which was also over a thousand and bricked both devices.I have waited over 6 months on backorder for both with no delivery timeline in sight. The best they have offered me is 15% of replacement appliances.What a joke of a business. Don't go near it.

i dont really appreciate that you make your stove knobs out of plastic so they break every 2 months requiring to purchase a new one for 20 each. its getting a little old. thanks for being garbage.

looking at other reviews, I cannot believe this company is still in business.$10,000 48 inch built in refrigerator and it has broken down several times.Less than 8 years old and last service call they tell me there are no more parts, it was discontinued.Crooks; do not buy anything jenn-air or whirloop

Very disapointing. No parts for very expensive oven. "Discontinued" no parts available. JennairModel Description OvenModel Number PRD 3630NPPart Number 73001571This is like you have an expensive car and the company says to the customers: "F Y - we are happy to make lots of money selling you the expensive oven, but if it breaks down, we do not care about you!!

Made an appointment for repair through the Jenn-Air customer service line with a local service center, G&W. Had to wait a week for the appointment and called the local center this morning after the arrival time. Manager told me that they declined the call with Jenn-Air, basically because they don't want to work on built-ins. No call to me from Jenn-Air or from G&W to see if they might be able to help. If you use them, for a manufacturer referral, call to confirm that they will actually do the work. Wasted a week due to lack of service/confirmation/communication.

We have had nothing but issues. We purchased a dish washer, Fridge, and gas stove in 2016. Since then we have had to have the computer panel replaced on the dish washer and now it is not working again. Guess what? It is now out of warranty! The ice maker no longer works on the fridge and on the stove the burner clicks if it is on low setting.I would NEVER purchase Jenn air products again. Not only did we pay more than other brands, the quality is poor.

I have never been so appalled by a product and it's company's misleading and lying customer service in all my life. My family purchased one of your ovens in January 2016, and the oven and microwave broke down two weeks ago and we are still waiting for your technician to fix it. We have called your company daily, and each day we have been told that your technician is coming, and no one shows up. Not only does no one show up, but no one calls with any update and no one answers our calls when we follow up. Please know that this atrocious experience has ruined our opinion of your company and we will be sharing this extremely dissatisfying experience will all friends and family, especially those looking for new appliances. We made the mistake of recommending your oven and microwave to a dear friend and hers broke too, and had to be entirely replaced. Your products are subpar and we highly regret purchasing anything from your company.
