Luke is an amazing trainer! Not only is he knowledgeable in technique, but he is also an incredibly uplifting and inspiring person to spend time with. He has motivated me to work harder and become stronger in many ways during the time that I’ve trained with him.

Luke does a great job dealing with all ability levels. He helped me through some injuries as well. I love the focus on functional movement (including flexibility) and not just on strength. Highly recommended.

I have really enjoyed training with Luke! He is very personal and cares about each one of his clients. He is easy to talk to so you can share your fitness goals and any obstacles you have at achieving these goals. It never gets boring working out here! This strength training class is awesome. Over the summer we did our training at Lake Michigan, we are always surprised with new and innovative ways to workout. Luke is extremely knowledgeable, fun and inclusive. The class consists of a variety of ages, shapes, sizes, and fitness levels, but we are all there for the same reason and everyone is very supportive of each other! I would highly recommend you give it a try.

Luke is one of the area’s most accomplished trainers. Unlike many gyms Luke will teach you specific exercises that focus on muscle groups, and technical aspect of lifting correctly and positioning the body so your taking full advantage of hinge points.Not into lifting, then try his stretches or the added benefit of yoga and meditation. Great atmosphere. I Highly recommended checking him out if you’re looking for something different.
