Very caring and super nice. Rhonda Shinault diagnosed me correctly with a broken finger (actually 2 breaks!) Even though the xray tech said it wasn't broken. Confirmed the breaks at an Ortho appointment. Felt very happy with my visit.

I love going here for my whole family because they get right to the root of the problem, and makes sure that you’re doing everything you need to do to get well. If you need meds no long waiting times and they give a slushies for the kids and a game in the lobby. I recommend them for your health care

I only gave it two stars because the inside of the clinic does appear to be clean and they offered drinks and a vintage arcade game. The front desk staff, however, or at least the lady I dealt with was pretty rude and unprofessional. She asked me to do the online check-in which I did. I explained to her I had not yet received my Medicaid card and she’s the first person in the medical profession to ever tell me that she couldn’t look it up online so I looked it up online myself and I got all the information put in and it said that it put me first in line. But as I continue to sit there for the next 30 to 40 minutes and watch people jump the line and get ahead of me, I questioned it. She then proceeded to tell me that she was fighting Medicaid to pay for the visit, which is not true because no one in the medical profession since I’ve been on Medicaid has ever had to fight Medicaid to pay for my visit. So I waited there for another 15 minutes as she claimed and watched other people come and go. I was there for a total of an hour, and I went up to the front desk to get an update at which point I found out that both ladies at the front desk had left their desk and stood there and waited and waited and waited, and nobody came back and there was nobody to be seen at the back desks where the MAs and everything sit. So I ended up having to walk out of this clinic as thick as I am to go 8 miles away to another urgent care to get my symptoms dealt with. This place needs to get back on their game, they need to hire more professional staffing. That knows how to do their job and doesn’t leave the desk and go hide out. They need to learn how to deal with all insurances if they do have a problem there with Medicaid, which I highly doubt. So like I said, the only stars they get is for cleanliness and the stuff that they offered but as far as services no I would give them a -10 stars.

They are so great at WellNow Urgent Care!!!! I wish that my PCP could be there! Fast service, receptionist very friendly and helpful, and they’ve always made sure that I’ve been helped as much as medically possible . Keep up the GREAT WORK!!!

Check in was a breeze, staff is happy to assist if needed. The wait time wasn't too long. The nurses & doctor's were extremely helpful and efficient. I would go back if the need arises.

I’ve recently injured my shoulder, I came in after a couple of weeks of it hurting and they were straight to the point and i was only there for 45 minutes. Got an X-Ray done and everything. unfortunately they were unable to see the exact area that needed examining but at least they were straight forward with that and told me exactly where and what to do to get proper diagnosis. Great staff with good and quick care. i would definitely recommend this place to several people

Scheduled an on-line appt at 5 am for 10:30 am. Received a confirmation email and text. Arrived at 10 am to a locked building. I understand situations arise with people calling in sick, but considering they open at 8 am and I had a scheduled appointment, the consideration of a call or text to cancel was not asking too much.
