I can’t recommend Michael’s Auto Group enough, while visiting family in the area we hit a portion of semi tire on the highway. As a single mom all unexpected car maintenance is stressful however, the folks at Michael’s Auto Group were quick, kind and affordable. While we were waiting the owner(i’m fairly certain) brought out a kitten for my kiddos to play with. Great service, fantastic people!

Great people, great service and great pricing! Was pleasantly surprised to see their repair bays open on a Saturday and able to get me in and scheduled in short notice. Was very impressed w/ their service and appreciate their quick response.

I recommend everyone to come here for any Auto Repair work. Excellent service, fast, great pricing and very friendly with the customers. Worked hard on my part with the warranty company to make sure they honored my warranty.

From out of town and our car was overheating. Gave them a call 10min before closing and they had it fixed before noon the next day. Such a relief. Highly recommend.

I have had to fix my friend's car after going to Mikes auto group. I'm not a mechanic. But somehow I manage to fix the bad alternator they sold my friend and the broken serpentine belt pulley system that they swore they fixed.YouTube and a father's tool set is far safer, far more competent and far less nefarious than any experience you should expect at this place.

Never go to get repairs from this unprofessional place I paid to have my clutch repaired and they never did the job they kept my car over a week and got 2.000 from me and told me don't worry about the money I'm out of please people listen you will e disappointed

Terrible Terrible Terrible!!!!!!I took my Hummer H3 there for a water pump replacement and they ended up stripping the main bolt connected to the fan clutch.So not only could the they not replace my water pump. They cost me another 300 dollar problem to replace my fan clutch. And on top of all that they charged me another 50 to get my truck back because of the few parts they took off and put back on. Micheal auto group is horrible and I would advice no one to go there!!!!!

I took my vehicle to Michael's Auto Group and it was a complete waste of money. I asked them to look at the Neutral Safety Switch because I knew that was the problem, but my receipt showed no labor expenses in them checking it. They replaced two things in my vehicle and one was already recently replaced, so they did easy work that gave them an easy profit off of me. The exact problem that I took my vihicle in for happened not even 1 hour after I got it back.

Everything I have ever had done here has been very affordable and done faster than I expected it to be. I’ve had brakes done, hoses replaced, they fixed my fuel gauge by removing my whole truck bed and it was very cheap surprisingly.
