WOW!!! What can I say, my friend and are were traveling from Chicago to East Lansing Michigan in an Electric Vehicle (not a Tesla) and had an extremely hard time finding a charging station, and when we did it didn't work!!! We got off the highway and landed at a Starbucks in Stevensville/Benton Harbor MI and started making phone calls and using all the charging apps. The problem was, at this point we only had 19 miles left to drive. We started calling nearby car dealerships looking to charge our car and finally we struck gold with THE SIGNATURE DEALER GROUP! TJ Meister/Sales & Leasing Consultant and his General Manager, Bill Crowder said we were welcome to come to their dealership and use their charger (no fee). We offered to bring them Starbucks but they declined. We got there and they were happy to help. We stayed a while until we got enough charge to get where we needed to be. So, we thank THE SIGNATURE DEALER GROUP for their help and also for their great popcorn and cookies!!!

Twice we've dealt with Phil, the service writer. To me, he's not friendly or helpful. Not good at resolving issues at all. May try Gurley Leep. It's closer to home anyway.

My daughter brought her vehicle in for service LAST YEAR. When they performed the oil change the tech left the oil cap off. It leaked oil all way to Lansing. It had to be towed into a dealership because it was smoking so badly she thought there was a fire. The service manager apologized and said the person responsible was let go. Almost a year later, today, my daughter goes back for an oil change and guess what they left off the engine? If you are going to Signature Toyota for service I suggest you check if the oil cap is on, all four tires are accounted for and any other item that might be considered "common sense" has been placed back on your car.

I can only say this. Every person I delt with at this dealership were very professional. The did what they said they would do and quite frankly did a bit more. The GM even got involved with my issue. In a matter of minutes he had the issue resolved. The car was taken to the detail dept. It took over an hour, but the car looked like it just came off the assembly line when they returned it to me. A great experience. The new car sales mgr spent a lot of time with me and my wife. The salesman was on top of everything from start to finish. I highly recommend this dealership. A good solid experience. Well done guys.

I found an Elantra on the Hyundai website in their inventory location at Signature that had all the options i was looking for. I reviewed it on the Signature website where they had actual pictures of the car. I made a phone call on Saturday, the next day, where Marcus answered my call. We had set up every thing that day including a fair price for my trade-in so that we took delivery the next business day on Monday when my insurance agent was open and able to insure the car. We arrived on Monday, Marcus made us feel at home, he had a way to make us feel comfortable, we got to know each other at our pace. On Saturday we established a fair sales price, he didn't try and gouge us with what other dealerships/salesman are calling "market price" he sold us the vehicle at MSRP not thousands more like other dealerships quoted me for similiar vehicles. On Monday the closing was quick, he did not try and oversell us other insurance/warranty options, every thing matched the documents he had email me the previous day and the car was perfect. Marcus introduced us to the dealership owner who took the time to meet us, he was friendly found out our needs and made sure that we were happy with every detail of the car. It truly was a nice experience and that the owner cared enough to meet us even on one of Hyundai's base models was extraordinary.

I bought a Subaru from here and made sure to ask if they did everything maintenance wise, they said yes. What a lie. I now am dropping way too much for a car that should’ve worked just fine.

We had Alissa as our sales person. We live in Palm Springs, CA. She was so fast and efficient that it was easier and less expensive for us to fly to Michigan to pick up the car and drive it home. SIGNATURE makes you feel like you're not only part of the Hyundai family, but part of their family. We are buying another Hyundai from them this summer. These people are really professional!! I highly recommend them!!

Took my car in to replace the headlight, was told after almost 3 hours was told my headlight was working fine and was just loose. So I left after getting a wheel alignment. Got home, next day noticed the headlight was not working. Called them and they fit me in at 1pm yesterday, said plan on 2 hours...I say, for a headlight, they say well we have to investigate why the light did work for them bla bla bla...I give them my phone number to call me because I walked to TJ Maxx. Needless to say they NEVER called me to tell me my car was done. I walked all over the place, Kohls, Michaels, and after almost 3 hours I call again, they say oh ya its done...I will NEVER go back to this place.
