I found my Palisade in need of service and was so glad to have this place nearby. They were able to quickly get me in so that I was not carless for long, and all the staff were very friendly and communicative. They exceeded my expectations and I will now go here for regular service!

We love this place! Good selection, good prices and GREAT staff! We were accidentally misinformed about a perk that came with our new car. When we spoke to a manager about it after purchase, he actually provided the service to us at no cost to make it right. We were grateful and very impressed that he they would do that. Signature Hyundai stands by their word. We’re customers for life!

My experience at Signature Hyundai isn’t bad or good I think they can work on their hospitality a little more better than was giving. I have no complaints about the work. They did all the work and the time they spent on doing the work. It would be nice if they honor the coupons they sent out where you think you’re getting a deal, but please read the fine print. I know the service department it’s about making money. I think we should all concentrate on the warranty more than trying to get extra money out of customers pocket just my opinion.

I cannot express adequately how wonderful Bill Crowder, GM at Signature Hyundai, is to work with. We had a service issue that was very complicated and he dove in to help us resolve the problem and get our car back on the road! We purchased this vehicle back in 2019 and haven't had any reason to deal with Signature again until this issue popped up. They could have very easily brushed us off with a "your problem, not ours" attitude, but the opposite happened and we are on our way to getting this problem resolved. Thank you Bill! You and your team are awesome!!
