My daughter brought her vehicle in for service LAST YEAR. When they performed the oil change the tech left the oil cap off. It leaked oil all way to Lansing. It had to be towed into a dealership because it was smoking so badly she thought there was a fire. The service manager apologized and said the person responsible was let go. Almost a year later, today, my daughter goes back for an oil change and guess what they left off the engine? If you are going to Signature Toyota for service I suggest you check if the oil cap is on, all four tires are accounted for and any other item that might be considered "common sense" has been placed back on your car.

I can only say this. Every person I delt with at this dealership were very professional. The did what they said they would do and quite frankly did a bit more. The GM even got involved with my issue. In a matter of minutes he had the issue resolved. The car was taken to the detail dept. It took over an hour, but the car looked like it just came off the assembly line when they returned it to me. A great experience. The new car sales mgr spent a lot of time with me and my wife. The salesman was on top of everything from start to finish. I highly recommend this dealership. A good solid experience. Well done guys.

My family has been purchasing Hyundai vehicles for over 20 years. They have always been reliable. I turned in my Elantra, and purchased my first Toyota Rav 4 here, and I absolutely love it. I feel safe driving in bad weather conditions, which I did not in my last car. Their customer service is great. Tony, Vic and the sales manager, are all phenomenal. I definitely would recommend this dealership.

I took our company van in for general service (oil change, tire rotation, etc.) I was in and out in an hour. Everything is good. We bought this van from Signature and I've bought personal cars from Signature - Bill and his crew are great folks!

I have been servicing my car here for awhile now and do not have any complaints. The staff is always very nice and they have cookies and popcorn. The big chairs near the tv are also comfortable.

Love my car; but, completely unimpressed with any follow up. At first hounded about nondescript paperwork, where it was clear my messages weren't listened to. And then, when the transaction was completed, radio silence. Not even a "hey how's the car". Kinda feels like wham bam thank you ma'am. The exact experience I said I didn't want when I bought the car. Very very unsure about this one.

Will not be back. Only have had my Hyundai Elantra for 2 months on the 22nd and they have seen my car more than they should've. Poor customer service so I go to the one in Kalamazoo now.

TJ helped us with the purchase of our new Sonata in this crazy time, and he was fantastic! Even though social distancing makes the process a bit difficult, I was pleased to see that they put the safety of the customer at the forefront. While he wasn't able to sit side by side in the vehicle to show how me how the abundant technology works, he offered to send Hyundai YouTube videos and even to answer any questions I may have via FaceTime. The whole experience was exactly how I would want this important purchase to unfold. Thanks Signature!

This is the second time my husband and I have purchased cars from Signature, and if we're still in the area when our current vehicles need replacing.....we'll come here again. Both times, the salespeople were accommodating, with no pressure; what impressed me both times? the salespeople spoke to both of us rather than focusing on The Man. The standard disclaimers: we didn't deal (this time) with the service department, though service calls for the predecessor calls went smoothly ten-eighteen years ago for the preceding pair of cars. We knew which specific vehicles we wanted. We paid cash for both. We checked other dealerships' stock and prices. And perhaps most importantly, we had both vehicles inspected by an independent shop with whom we've done business previously (happy to name that shop in a private message, but it didn't seem appropriate here....)
