Benton Harbor MI Signature Toyota is an excellent service and sale unmatchable dealership. It all started with Gary Mitchell, the service manager, who was always welcoming and quick to service my 1997 Toyota Camry. The dealership is very clean and inevitable. The professionalism of staffs & mechanics are customers accommodation. Finally, my 1997 Toyota Camry was fading, Carl Harrison, the Sales and leasing consultant came to our rescue. He being a patience, compassionate, professional consultant was not pushy but giving us (my husband and me) time to decide our selection of our favorite brand car. So we purchased the 2026 Toyota Camry LE on Sept 19, 2025. Bill Crowder, the manger congratulated us and assured us as Toyota Signature valuable clients. Teresa Clark, the Business Manger professionally closed our car deal. We love the car very much & highly recommend anyone to seek Toyota Signature Dealer Group for a new or pre-owned car.

Since I can’t comment on my original post I’ll respond here, part I brought in was OEM part off the vehicle and you did not have in stock to compare and I asked about a quote but since you “couldn’t” give out the part number information due to “policy” I had to go to another dealership to confirm I had the right part

First, Jody in service was wonderful and very customer focus. I cannot say the same for Steve/Used Car Manager. On 12/31/24, I went to test drive a Venza Hybrid that was advertised on the web site as a Certified Used Vehicle and plastered with stickers on it to verify. The salesman was also selling as certified and said I would be in the $25 oil change club. He pressed if going to buy could we sign papers so goes on books as end of month sale, not to mention it was their last sale for 2024. Halfway through negotiations Steve popped in to tell me vehicle was not certified because lock on center console broken, after checking with service they would not replace due to $1200+ cost to give certified status. To me that was false advertisement. I should have walked away then, however, we negotiated a better warranty (doubting that now).
I took my car in for an oil change today and found out because vehicle not certified I was not in $25 club, and also would have to pay for tire rotation because I did not buy the tires. They put the new tires on so vehicle could be certified and in essence I bought the tires when I bought the car. If I had known all this, I definitely would have walked on 12/31.
I just had my last oil change and tire rotation at Signature Toyota, going back to my trustworthy mechanic. When I am ready to replace this vehicle, it will be with another hybrid, however, I will not step foot on the Signature Toyota lot, I will be shopping out-of-town. And businesses in the area wonder why people do not shop locally, customer service is the number one reason why.
Jody gets it, she gave me this oil change for $25.

Friendly, knowledgeable staff. The service department has been very good. We've been customers for over 20 years. We're presently using a free loaner while repairs are being done on our vehicle.
