Moved to Michigan about 6 months ago and was looking for a storage unit. Took me awhile based on price, size and location and decided on this location. I needed a fairly small unit so a 5x9 is simple enough. Although the online process was easy and thorough, I was expecting to speak with a human in regards of questions or comments and there was absolutely no interaction with anyone. Some people may like that but personally I would have rather talked with someone regarding this unit as a secure and clean space. I love everything about it except the lack of human interaction, no elevator? and the cleanliness of the interior/exterior. 1 star for those reasons. I would highly recommend this location for price and location if your in neighboring towns. It’s unfortunate they can’t keep it clean!

The Entire process was easy & fairly simple. The only complaint that I have is there was no elevator to the second floor. Some of my items were quite heavy & very difficult to take upstairs!! Plus all the additional “add on” mandatory fees…

They are a great storage unit even when I was late they allowed me to grab what I needed before I was able to pay my bill new management is remote but other than that they are extremely helpful in a bind

Single-handedly some of the best customer service I've ever gotten in my entire life. Francine was wonderful and attentive and quickly took care of my issue and I couldn't be happier! I would highly recommend this company! You won't be disappointed

I would like to give it 0 stars. First they gave me a unit that was already occupied. Then the unit I moved in was broken into so I moved to another storage company. Now I have been getting charged for the unit for 3 months and can't get a hold of anyone to correct it. This is the worst company I have ever dealt with. Stay away at all costs

Recently rented a unit and had trouble figuring out the lock code. Francine, the representative that answered my call was so kind, so helpful, and truly provided top notch customer service.
