Very good operator here. I had a one-way rental from the Chicago area and this location was perfect. Staff communicated well and had very easy rental return. Highly recommend U-Haul of Benton Harbor. The renaissance of this town continues.

Availability on short notice on the weekend, easy return, good price. People on pickup and return were great, i.e. helpful, positive, pleasant, accommodating.
