I love this location's employees! 💕 Today one in particular made my day! I was going to checkout with an eyeliner that I didn't really want in lieu of one that I thought was out of stock. My cashier, Bella, made sure to ask if I found everything okay, and when I told her what I wanted but that I wasn't sure if they had it, she quickly found one and made sure I got it instead. It was exactly what I was after, and I wouldn't have gotten it myself. Thank you Ulta Benton Harbor for never making me compromise!

Unfortunately I was having a hair color when a shoplifting occurred and I got stuck there end up with my skin all stained per days due to the hair stylish dealing with the incident.

Went in yesterday (Saturday around 6:30) & neither of the 2 ladies greeted me nor my family upon entry or while shopping around. They both ended up coming over right by us but still neither asked if we needed any help, looking for anything specific etc. Love ulta but employees that have poor customer service skills will always and forever make an establishment less enjoyable.

I brought the bad boy cologne. It smells good but the bottle fell and now it won't spray anymore. It cost to much money for it to not spray anymore.

Unfortunately can’t give zero stars. I went in for roots touch and highlights. 3 hrs later whatever toner they are using in this place my hair is disgustingly dark brown. Ridiculous. I walked in blonde and came out gross dark color. Highlights aren’t even evident. Roots also still showing through. And still charged me $180.

I came in from out of town and needed to purchase a fragrance (Dior). Customer service hardly even exists. The salesperson wasn't proficient in her approach and Sales tactics (the ability to inquire about my purchase, so as to offer something else). Attitude was cold and dry. It left an extremely bad taste in my mouth. Not a good shopping experience.
I STRONGLY Suggest That Management and Sales Associates Undergo Some Sort Of Training.

I have been getting my hair and brows done here for about a year and have absolutely loved the service that I have gotten. Katelyn has been nothing but amazing we are always trying new things and she always makes sure to do a complete consolation before we start so understand what I am looking for. Sylvia does my brow wax and tint and she is so sweet and absolutely amazing. If you need your brows don’t she is your girl. Would recommend Katelyn and Sylvia to anyone. Their availability is pretty open and it does not take weeks to get in which is wonderful.
